I bought these for my aged parents to use when they came and visited us. They are only 83, but I only had a bathtub/shower combo for them to use. I wanted to make sure they were safe when stepping over the tub walls when entering/exiting the shower. I bought these and they worked great. They were easy to install on the flat shower wall surface and held firm. They stayed with us for 5 nights. When it came time to remove them, they came right off using the little tabs to pull up the suction cups. I'd recommend these for anyone in a similar situation when permanent bars don't make sense. ... show more

We needed to get some handles for our guest bathroom just in case my mother visited overnight and wanted to shower. We found these gems on Amazon and they're amazing. The suction on them is so easy to set and once you do they are solid as a rock, almost as if you permanently put them there. Great thing is it's easy to remove them and place where needed! …pretty well. There was a point when it started slipping and fell off. The solution is to reclean the area, dry it off, and reattach. The key is keeping it dry. If it slips, it means moisture got in.

    • Excellent...as hoped for and needed!
The need we had for safety and security in the shower was completely satisfied by these two safety/grab bars. After a cleaning of the areas (we used alcohol) as suggested, applying of slight pressure and then the simple flipping of the locking mechanism...VOILA!.....our concerns are now history. We will check every few days the security and suction, but they seem to retain complete "tightness" after several days of use. We also find the handle area we grab to be comfortable for our reaching and holding. The value for this purchase was quite reasonable....and they were delivered quickly!
