I ordered this in black. Love it! I needed something small enough for my new home, but expandable for guests. The butterfly leaf works perfectly. I don’t have to store it away in a closet. It’s under the table when I don’t use it. It’s right there if I need to use it. Very convenient! I love the sleep style. The seating is wide enough for most guests. It’s extremely solid and still heavy after being put together. I ordered black because I can put any color cushions, mats, or runner. The screws have a blue locking coat to keep them secure once screwed in. If you push all four chairs in when the table is at its smallest size, they will not slide in all the way. If you notice in the photos, I moved each chair to the right. They slide in all the way and I think it looks fine. The only flaw I came across was a shiny line on the top of the table. See photo. It’s not worth having them send me a new top. I can deal with it. There is the California proposition 65 warning label. I was surprised. Even the lamps I ordered, had this label. Why don’t they stop companies from using the product that causes cancer and other health issues? ... show more

I love this dining room set so much!! First of all it’s gorgeous, and fits perfectly in my dining room area. In the process of shipping, it didn’t exactly update on the tracking, so I wasn’t sure it would arrive when it originally said it would. But it arrived on time and was packaged perfectly to insure no damages. It arrived perfect without any scratches, or damage of any kind. It actually arrived on a palette with several boxes and they were heavy so two people need to handle it. You have to put it together but the instructions were very clear. It is overall very sturdy and has quality materials. It’s not that cheap pressed wood material. Everything is very solid. I LOVE IT!! I definitely recommend buying this set. ... show more

Beautiful table and chairs. Very sturdy chairs. Unfortunately, I waited too long to open the table top because I was moving. When I opened it, I was past the 30 day return/replace policy. The table is out of alignment because it was shipped without being locked together with the clips. I cannot close it all the way nor can I use the butterfly extension stored in the table. Check the contents immediately when you receive the table. They are very serious about their 30 day policy. It includes repairs as well as returns. ... show more

I got the buttermilk with cherry top. It's definitely a heavy table and seems like good quality. However, the top has two gouges in the middle and his finish is very thin so it shows a completely different color. I just moved, then got hit with Hurricane Helene, so just got around to setting it up. Very disappointing. Will have to try to match a stain or wood repair to make them not noticeable. ... show more

Everything arrived undamaged and timely. Assembly was easy. I enjoy doing that. Just needed my husband's help to set the table upright. That thing is HEAVY! Love the whole set. I noticed after a few days that one corner of the table must have been bumped. The paint in that corner actually chipped and split a little. Looking for a tablecloth to protect it anyway. I did an extensive research and read a lot of customer reviews before deciding to buy this dining table set. To my surprise, when I opened the box, all four corners of the table were severely damaged. There’s also a factory defect on the table itself because the table can’t be extended like what it’s said. It caused so much headache and trouble taking the table and chairs in and out my place. I strongly do not recommend this furniture dining set. ... show more
