So far this has been a great pan. It has a disc on the bottom for even heat distribution and keeps the pan from warping. The Mon-stock surface is great and the pan cleans up easily. The hammered copper design is attractive. The pan is lighter than other pans that I have which is a plus for me.

I received my order last week. I bought the 14” and 10” pan. Much to my surprise they are very sturdy yet extremely light weight. I was not expecting that. Not only are they attractive but they are amazingly easy to clean and my food cooks evenly. So far I am very happy with my purchase !!

    • Truly nonstick cookware, huge fry pan

Huge frying pan but it works great just like the rest of the Gotham Steel series I have. So many products say nonstick but this stuff really is. At first I was wary not to use butter or a cooking spray but there isn’t really a need I’ve found. At first if you put pancake batter or eggs for scrambling in these you’re sure it will stick. And it does at first but just let it cook and you will find things reach a point where they release easily from the pan. Before that it seems like they are sticking but just be patient and you’ll be rewarded. I’ve made omelettes and many other items with zero oil or other lubricants to keep them from sticking. It just isn’t needed and the pans come clean with just a spray of water and flush soap with no scrubbing or even light scrubbing. We’ll see how they do in the long run but so far this cookware is doing pretty well. Recommended. ... show more

The center of this fry pan is raised. It has a domed center causing any oil to move to the edges of the pan and food sticks to the center. I wish I could return it but it’s past the return time. I’m getting rid of it!

This Sensarte pan by far the best large skillet I have owned. I am not the best cook... but this pan makes it hard to ruin food. It is truly non-stick, and I have not needed much oil to keep the burning at a bare minimum. I have found that my dishes come out WAY better, and I haven't gotten any more experienced at cooking, so I credit the product 100%. The pan comes with a glass lid so you can watch the magic happen, and the set is a nice heavy weight. It has been great with heat distribution... I'm a crazy person who checks every part of my meat with a digital thermometer, and can confirm things cook evenly haha. I try very hard to only use silicone cookware to prevent scratches, scrapes and damage. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. Because of the non-stick quality, clean up is so quick and easy. I have yet to stand at the sink, scrubbing and cursing at stuck on food. I do recommend hand-washing only instead of using the dishwasher to avoid an early demise of your new pan. I've had mine for about 2 months now, and even after daily use it cooks just as nicely today as it did on day one. I would 10 out of 10 recommend, and plan to purchase again. ... show more
