As you age you find that if you sit around because you are stiff and sore that you become more stiff and more sore. By simply moving in any way you can you WILL REDUCE the aging process where it concerns stiffness. Muscles want and need blood flow. Give them what they want and they will return the favor. This product is fun moving, dance a little to the music and voila feel the difference. Be as good to you as you are to others! Great product.

Good concept. I like it overall. A few things I’d change though. First, allow the volume of the hit/miss sounds to be adjustable. Second, it takes a hard punch to get the pads to register contact. The gloves are big on me so it is possible that if I got gloves more my size it wouldn’t feel as if I needed to hit so hard. Be careful where you mount it. Not advisable to use the velcro strips provided; they are heavy duty and may do serious damage to your walls (especially walls of a newer construction in an apartment). It didn’t sit flush to the wall for me so it banged against the wall. I mounted it on a foam-type exercise mat which helped absorb the banging. It’s a good work out and I enjoy the upper body activity. Overall I think it’s a decent gadget and it will add some variety to my workouts.
