I love these pans (Gotham Steel - Hammered Copper Collection). They cook nice! Clean Nice! (no dishwasher for me) and look awesome. I have cooked steaks, fish, soups, stews and noodle dishes all turn out awesome cooking experience and they cleanup so nice! Wonderful to cook again!

I love the nonstick pan and the color of the pan. It doesn’t scratch like my old Teflon pans did. You don’t need to grease the cookware as I had to do in the past. Nothing sticks to the pan and I can use it in my oven and the heat is very evenly distributed when cooking on the stovetop. I rated this pan with 5 stars. I purchased my 12-in Gotham steel hammered copper Skillet 9 months ago and it's still my favorite skillet. Nothing sticks and it cleans up well. I do however have an issue with stay cool handles. The handle on the pan does stay cool but beware of the lid. The handle on it gets super hot. Also it's advertised as being so strong that you can use metal utensils and it won't scratch. I use nothing but plastic or silicone in mine because when I opened the box and was reading about the product it states right on the use and care instructions not to use metal utensils. I'm looking to purchase a few more in different sizes. ... show more
