This kettle is very useful for heating water to specific temperatures required for teas and coffee. I never knew that there were different specifications for water temperature when brewing teas / coffee, until a foodie friend of mine enlightened me. This kettle makes it easy as there are clearly labeled settings for each water temperature to go with white, green, oolong, and black teas, plus coffee. The gooseneck spout makes it very easy to do pour-over style brewing as well. The maximum amount of water this kettle will brew is 0.8 liters (about 27 ounces). The casing is made of plastic but the inside of the kettle is stainless steel and is fairly easy to keep clean. The unit is also simple to operate and automatically shuts off once the boiling temperature is reached. There is a keep warm function as well, which is handy for making multiple beverages over an hour or two.

This is a very nice, sleek kettle! I’m very happy with the design, and it so far works flawlessly. I love the different temperature options, and the goose neck makes pouring a smooth experience. The kettle is made of a smooth brushed metal and so far seems to keep clean of water marks and finger prints. It has a very nice look and feel to it that feels high quality. I am a bit disappointed with the base the kettle sits on, it seems to be made of a cheaper material and I wish it was up to the same standard as the kettle itself. It looks beautiful from a distance but the dial and button could be better quality in my opinion. The dial is more or less okay, the button however is loud and clicky. The base also has a standard kitchen appliance beep which I believe it could do without. It does not beep when the water is ready to use, rather when you plug it in and turn it on/off. I absolutely love the automatic keep warm feature. I have forgotten about turning on my kettle several times and it has always been the same perfect temperature. It also does not seem to lose any water as I can't tell it releases any steam. The outside of the kettle becomes extremely hot however the handle and bottom stay cool. I am overall pleased with this kettle and have used it for all types of hot drinks without fail. This would make an excellent gift as well, I think it would look great in most any kitchen.

At the time of my order, this teapot sold for $37.99 with a list price given as $69.99. Seventy bucks would be a ridiculous price for this teapot. I'm on the fence about the sale price, but I figure it was alright. The construction is straightforward enough. The circuitry in the base is fairly simple, but robust components were used that should hold up well. The kettle itself is sturdy and the pour from the goose-neck spout is ideal. The controls are easy to use, with simple instructions and a bright, clear temperature display. Sadly, there is no memory, so you have to set the temperature every time you turn the kettle on. There is also no external indicator of the water level, but that's not really surprising since the kettle is rather small and is meant for occasional use. The fact that only stainless steel contacts the water is positive. The water is heated about as quickly as one can hope for on a 120V system. It also heats very quietly. Since there is no alert when the kettle reaches temperature, that can make it hard to get your ideal temperature on a busy morning. The kettle heats to the temperature that was set, then turns the element off until the water cools by ten degrees. Then it starts heating again. I would resolve this by just setting the temperature five degrees higher than my target, except that I find the temperature reading changes if I pick up the kettle and then put it back. I will need to experiment for a little while with a proper sensor to figure out the quirks of this kettle. If you're willing to pay the price for the aesthetic of this kettle (I got the white one and it is lovely and pleasing to pour from), then the minor issues won't ruin the experience for you.

This kettle looks sleek on the counter, works quickly, keeps the water at temperature for as long as you need. As someone who works from home, I like that I can turn it on and if I get pulled into a meeting I'm not worried about all the water boiling off, I can just go back to my tea whenever I'm ready. The settings for each type of tea are a nice touch because I don't really have the exact temps straight in my head so its nice to know I'm using the right one. Great value, looks sleek, works great!

I love this kettle. It would be perfect for any tea, coffee, hot chocolate lovers. It is made very well with convenient temp options & a clear understandable display. It holds 27 oz which is perfect for making two mugs of hot beverage. I love that it is easily transportable, pours out without dripping & heats water quickly. It is convenient for me so I don't have to run up & down the stairs to get hot water. It also has a shut off timer if left on too long. This is an excellent quality item for anyone & would make a great gift.
