Gorgeous and functional!! This vanity looks so lovely. I painstakingly comparison shopped and chose this vanity for the amber marble, the rounded edges, the wooden legs. Other vanities looked cheaper with metal screw-in legs, or a yellow tinted wood that looks super fake. This vanity has a beautifully neutral color wood look. The only downside side is that it’s a LOT to assemble, but that is why it’s affordable, but looks expensive! Devote a day, watch some tv, take breaks. I found a chair at Home Goods that I love, and it fits well with the vanity. I will update my review if it breaks down with use.

Beautiful and classy vanity and so in love with it! The quality is good and it’s sturdy. The manual was very helpful for my boyfriend to put together. Large storage capacity in drawers and I love that you can take out the dividers from the drawers under the glass table top. Nothing was broken when delivered. Was very excited to use it. If your like me sitting on the floor in front of a long mirror everyday getting ready and you hardly can’t get up. This is your sign to go get you one! You deserve it! It literally saved my ass and back lol.

For years I have had a pretty but largely not functional makeup table, which didn't have any built-in lighting and only a few drawers. Last year I bought an IKEA cabinet to hold the rest of my products and while it held a ton of stuff, the whole setup just looked messy. So for a holiday gift to myself, I decided to buy this makeup vanity in the Alder Grey color (which, by the way, is more brown than grey, but is still a nice color). Like everyone said, it took absolutely forever to build and had a million pieces... by myself it took about 6-7 hours, and I'm good at building furniture. I used my husband's drill on the lowest setting which helped a lot. But this furniture is very heavy and well-made and the end result was amazing. It doesn't hold quite as much as what I had before, but that's not a bad thing... it forced me to get rid of a bunch of products I just wasn't using and the makeup table has a much smaller footprint than my previous one. It looks so much neater and is a major improvement over what I had before and I am very happy with it! Two things to mention about building: there are 2 sizes of wood dowels (which I didn't know) and when I attached the large desk top to the smaller side drawers, I used a large dowel (instead of a small one) and it damaged the inside of the large drawer. Fortunately nobody will ever see it. Also, the instructions for installation of the drawers in the large desktop were a little wonky and they aren't lying flush inside the large drawer top (see photo). I may need to get my husband's help with fixing that. I also ordered a small hair dryer rack and attached it to the side so it's not lying on the floor or taking up drawer space, which is very functional. Also, somebody else mentioned that the makeup table is very low to the ground and she needed to put it up on risers. I was concerned about that while building, but in the end, that is not an issue and I am 5'8". I use a cozy desk chair at my vanity which can be raised or lowered, and it's totally fine. Finally, like everyone said, the light is not bright at all. I wound up buying a small magnifying lighted makeup mirror which works really well. I probably would have gotten one anyway because you need to be able to see close-up when applying make-up! Because of the two small build issues and the the dimness of the lighting on the mirror, I can't give this 5-stars. But I absolutely do recommend it otherwise.

It is a beautiful vanity. I was hesitant because of the storage reviews, but for anyone who cares, the right drawers fit a Dyson Airwrap with all the attachments almost perfectly. One thing I agree with from other reviews is that the mirror lights are rather dim. I built this by myself, and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart—it requires patience. It took me about 8 hours of straight building. The instructions are decent, but you definitely have to pay close attention. Overall, it’s a beautiful vanity and I recommend it.

This was for my teenage daughter’s room. She picked it out. It’s great quality. Very sturdy. Nice glass tops to see into the drawers and glass door to see into the shelves. Overall, very happy with a nice product. It arrived far, far sooner than expected which was great! Know that it comes in one large and extremely heavy box that requires at least 2 strong people to move it into the house. We managed to get it inside and then opened the box and moved pieces into her room to assemble. Assembly is a very big job! It literally comes in individual pieces. Nothing is already assembled as it could easily have been (for example sliders in each side of the drawers could easily have already been attached). She put it together by herself (that was her choice) and it took her an evening and then after school the next days so quite a number of hours. But the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just know it’s extremely heavy and will take hours to assemble. She’s had it a few weeks and lives using every day to put in her make up and fix her hair. The product and its components (mirror, lighting and light settings, glass pieces, drawers, etc.) are well made. It does not come with a stool but she had a small ottoman that works perfectly. There is plenty of storage space for everything. We bought the light bamboo color and it’s very nice. I would recommend this vanity but wow is it heavy and a big, long process to assemble however, neither of us felt this would have made us choose a different vanity even if we’d known because it worked to open the heavy box where it was and take pieces to her room and then, although assembly was a huge job, the end product that is high quality and very sturdy makes it well worth it.

My teenage daughter loves this vanity! It is good enough quality that it should last her a while. She loves the divided drawers beneath the glass, the lighted mirror, and charging ports. The only thing to know is that it takes a lot of time to put together. I was overwhelmed at first at the number of pieces that came in the large box, but if you break it up into several different days I think it's worth it overall.
