Very pretty vanity. And honestly assembly absolutely had potential to be more frustrating than it was. It was my first time assembling a vanity and it took around four hours. There were a lot of screw locks. But it’s worth it.

Beautiful vanity with great quality! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it by myself. The only thing I would suggest improving is the drawer dividers. The sections are a little too small, so making the dividers slightly narrower would create more usable storage space. Overall, I’m very happy with the vanity!

Huge improvement over my old makeup vanity!

For years I have had a pretty but largely not functional makeup table, which didn't have any built-in lighting and only a few drawers. Last year I bought an IKEA cabinet to hold the rest of my products and while it held a ton of stuff, the whole setup just looked messy. So for a holiday gift to myself, I decided to buy this makeup vanity in the Alder Grey color (which, by the way, is more brown than grey, but is still a nice color). Like everyone said, it took absolutely forever to build and had a million pieces... by myself it took about 6-7 hours, and I'm good at building furniture. I used my husband's drill on the lowest setting which helped a lot. But this furniture is very heavy and well-made and the end result was amazing. It doesn't hold quite as much as what I had before, but that's not a bad thing... it forced me to get rid of a bunch of products I just wasn't using and the makeup table has a much smaller footprint than my previous one. It looks so much neater and is a major improvement over what I had before and I am very happy with it! Two things to mention about building: there are 2 sizes of wood dowels (which I didn't know) and when I attached the large desk top to the smaller side drawers, I used a large dowel (instead of a small one) and it damaged the inside of the large drawer. Fortunately nobody will ever see it. Also, the instructions for installation of the drawers in the large desktop were a little wonky and they aren't lying flush inside the large drawer top (see photo). I may need to get my husband's help with fixing that. I also ordered a small hair dryer rack and attached it to the side so it's not lying on the floor or taking up drawer space, which is very functional. Also, somebody else mentioned that the makeup table is very low to the ground and she needed to put it up on risers. I was concerned about that while building, but in the end, that is not an issue and I am 5'8". I use a cozy desk chair at my vanity which can be raised or lowered, and it's totally fine. Finally, like everyone said, the light is not bright at all. I wound up buying a small magnifying lighted makeup mirror which works really well. I probably would have gotten one anyway because you need to be able to see close-up when applying make-up! Because of the two small build issues and the the dimness of the lighting on the mirror, I can't give this 5-stars. But I absolutely do recommend it otherwise.

This desk will take a while to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. For the amount of pieces to it, it’s not crazy heavy but also doesn’t feel too flimsy or like it will chip or break easily. It fits perfectly in my daughter’s room which is a smaller space overall.

The design is beautiful, modern, and very elegant with the fluted style that makes it look much more expensive than it is. The large mirror is perfect for makeup and daily use, and the desk has plenty of space for organizing cosmetics, skincare, and accessories. It also feels sturdy and well-made. It made her room look much more stylish and organized. She was so happy with this gift, and seeing her reaction made it totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this vanity desk to anyone looking for a practical and beautiful gift for someone special.

Cute but not as functional as I had hoped.

I really like this table however it took a very long time to put together probably between 6 and 7 hours. I had some issues with parts but the seller worked with me. I also ended up with a bunch of screws where holes were not provided in the desk for the screws to be used. Lastly I will say that the drawers don't come out all the way. The two drawers under the glass only come out far enough for you to access the the first two tows of cubbies. All the Cubbies in the back are barely accessible you can barely squeeze your hand back there and your fingertips. So it's not functional using all of the inserts to get the maximum amount of cubbies.

Very nice vanity. Easy to put together but it is a lot of parts. Be patient and take your time. Once together it is very sturdy with a good build. The vanity is very useful and it seams all the storage is well thought out. The one thing that fell short was the lighting. It just seams like it’s not bright enough. Other than that we’re happy with the purchase.
