Bought it as a family gift and we love it. The game quality is very close to PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games but they serve their purpose to take your mind off of the exercise aspect and keep it occupied so time flies by. The grip pad could stand to be a bit tackier so I can wear socks and keep a good grip. I hate slipping off of the platform because my socks slide and I hate being barefoot. I use this on a carpeted surface and have no issues. It even comes with an air pump for the balance cushion to make sure you keep it inflated to your desired level which can increase balance difficult. The app supports other users but to add them under the account that the primary user account sets up means you have to use that device OR you each download the app and sign up individually so you can track your own usage as you go. You won’t see the others stats that way and you will need to log in one device to the Bluetooth sensor at a time or it will create an issue with accessing. If you can afford it, definitely get the pro version so you can maximize the usefulness of the balance board. I’m glad I opted for it. If I could buy two devices and have them compete on some games that would be useful as well ... show more

UPDATE: the blue paint rubs off and stains the carpet or floor after several uses. It is even tacky to the touch, leaving a blue paint stain on your hands. So far we are loving this GoBalance Sport board! Engaging activities for even a 3 year old. Works on balance, coordination and problem solving! Set up was simple and the app is easy to use. The board seems to be nice quality and is sized so that I can use it. No issues with slipping as of yet. Also comes with a yoga mat material topper for work out purposes. The one con that I find with it is that it is advertised to come with workout programs, unlike the less expensive version, but you have to pay for those workouts. I find that to be a bit of false advertising. It won’t change my rating because I mainly bought this for my kids with the bonus that I could do some exercising with it. ... show more

Works great very easy to install and mirror to TV. It worked for us for the first hour or so and then it stopped working and I put in a return request. Thought it may have been the batteries. It wasn’t the batteries couldn’t figure it out then I unpaired it From the Bluetooth then put it back on the app. And did the shared screen to TV and started working again, so make sure you check the connection if it stops working the board itself probably unpaired from the Bluetooth.. fun family game nice to see my boys with their faces not buried in a device and playing together along with my husband and I as well! However, I do wish you could buy games. I haven’t figured that out. It does come at 12 free games and there’s also a workout section you can upgrade to. Just the balance board alone in the games I can feel it in my legs and my calves this morning definitely worth buying. ... show more

It's fun, and I could see it being a healthy option for core exercise, if it associated app worked better. I wouldn't buy it again, but I will still keep playing with it. Why did you pick this product vs others?: This board is perfect for both workouts for grownups (me) and fun for the kids (my 10 year old son). It’s simple to set up and doesn’t look cheap. For me, the solid wooden platform is sturdy for bridges, planks, boats, and balance exercises. Everything is guided by the mobile app so I was able to create a complete training program. I admit some were more challenging than I expected. For my son, the app offers cool and engaging games. My wife likes it that he is not sedentary during the summer months where there is no school. This is really great. I got board going to physical therapy and doing the same exorcises to work on my ankle and balance. The physical therapist would basically sit about while I did what was on my chart. But this is game playing and you don't get board or want to stop. This will bring back your balance and strengthen.
