The flanges and the rack are in separate pieces that simply bolt together with on of those torx bolts with a pin in the middle that's supposed to be "secure", but anybody can buy the tool to take it apart. I replaced them with some hex head bolts that I drove a ball bearing into. it just seems insecure to make a 2 piece design for a bike rack. It just begs to remove the bolts and you can slip the lock out and steal any bike. ... show more

It comes in 2 parts. The mounting bracket for the cement floor held down by 4 bolts (not included) and the actual u shape bar. You can easily steal the bike with a simple security bit screw driver. I need to weld the parts together for this to work properly. Don't waste your time or money on this product. ... show more
