Previous reviews were totally misleading. I am a seamstress and this fabric is very durable and will hold up. It is a densely woven nylon denier comparable to any bag out there. The zippers are heavy duty. Any time someone overloads a bag the structure and zipper can only handle so much weight on any bag. But these bags are just as good as any name brand. They are not real big but work well for my husband using when he goes to work out. He loves all the compartments to put toiletries in. Easily fits towel and work out clothes in it along with tennis shoes. The end compartment may hold a women's tennis shoes (size 7 or 8) but a mans are too long for that unless you don't zip it. This bag would be perfect for young teens over night or for a carryon when traveling for anyone. Thought about buying grandkids each this for Christmas in their favorite color. Could fill it with maybe beach towel or a toy, etc. Well worth the money, we bought two and will keep one as an extra. ... show more

This *used* to come in 15 inches, which was the PERFECT size and length for most gym (24 hour fitness / planet fitness / etc) lockers. The quality is still good but the extra 2 inches make it so the bag hangs outside the standard locker length and the door does not close without cramming the bag on to itself. Also with the 2 inch longer length, the height is higher as well, which means the bag collapses in on itself, when at 15 inches it held its shape. I will NOT be returning the bag as the side end storage pockets are not found on other bags and I use a separate duffel bag for my dirty clothes and shoes. Disappointed the 15 inch bag is no longer available but 17 is livable with due to the features this bag offers. ... show more

The only negative is the cross body strap is very thin and cheap, makes it uncomfortable to wear cross body or over your shoulder. Other than that it works well and fits a lot inside. Washes well. Looks good. It is pretty thin, making it very light weight. Quality is not the highest since it’s so thin but it works very well for long weekends and carry on for flights ... show more

The size of the bag is perfect for a personal item on an airplane, but one of the fasteners broke after just one trip. The quality of the construction is not very good.

The bag just survived a round trip to Ireland. It went under the seat in front of me of the plane (Boeing 752) with no problem (just don't over pack it). It held a sweater (needed for long flights), camera, audio recorder, power adapters, wall-warts, two phones, my Samsung Galaxy, extra cables, maps, passport, a thick pack of documents, and my three prescription bottles with room to spare and it still fit under the seat. I had my valuables in front of me at all times (placing things in a overhead and out of my vision is unacceptable). I wanted an under seat bag and this really did the trick. The zip-able pocket on the side is great for having you passport, luggage stub and boarding pass at hand because it seems to be requested by every human of the face of the earth. Add the customs/immigration forms to the easy to reach column. May as well have these documents in a secure and convenient spot. I chose the bright orange color because I wanted it to be easy to spot after going through the x-ray tunnels. If someone unauthorized tried to grab it, I can spot them quickly. The end pockets have ample room for other small items and the strap is convenient. Of course this is great for auto, bus and train travel when you want the necessities accessible. For those of you not addicted to wires and devices, the space is ample for an extra change of light clothing but this will vary depending on the traveler. I kept it on my lap riding ground transportation (again, I want it in near me) and it was light and comfortable on my lap. The price is inexpensive, size and functionality fit the bill. ... show more
