Doletian Metal Frame Bunkie Board Queen I was having to turn my ( less than a year old) mattress around once a week due to the box platform I bought to keep my bed at a good height for me. If I didn't turn my mattress at least once a week, I'd start feeling my sciatica start kicking in and if you've had sciatica, you know you have to stop it fast. I was thinking of going to the hardware store & getting a few sheets of plywood when amazingly, this showed up on my items I may want to check out list. It was so easy to use. I just put it between my box platform and mattress the way the directions read to do and instant success! The board is covered with what seems to be a durable fabric. Make sure you follow sticker instructions and place correct side towards mattress. The Queen size fit my frame and mattress perfectly. It provides a nice support but not too much to where I feel like I might as well be sleeping on the ground. I've not had (fingers crossed) a twinge out of my sciatic nerve and it's been over a week now. I wish I had found this before buying a new mattress. Great price to restore an older mattress. If this changes, I will update accordingly but for now... I recommend this product for usefulness, materials, sizing, value and a good nights sleep. 5-STARS

Comes in two sets of folding boards. Each board are partitioned into 3. Covered in a breathable gray material similar to landscape fabric. Installed horizontally where a single board is shared between the left and right side of the bed. There are no means of connecting the two together. It’s a snug fit; therefore, not a deal breaker. They can individually be affixed to the side bed frame using the included self-gripping ties. Had plenty of issues with my mattress where there was a feeling of unevenness in a few places. First purchased a topper to address the issue but that turned out to be a temporary solution. As time passed, the dips in the mattress has surfaced once again. As a last resort, these were the final attempt in salvaging the mattress. A game changer! The mattress gained some firmness. There were no sags especially at the edges. Creates very sturdy platform. For the most part, the mattress stays put. It will shift now and then but rarely. Could imagine it may be a differ for toss and turn sleepers. No squeaking as though it's not there. An absolute personal breakthrough discovery in the marketplace. Sleep quality improved. Easy installation. The value in exchange is justified.

I am so glad I picked up this bunkie board for my queen bed because it has made a world of difference in how my mattress feels. My tween’s full size bed has gone without a bunkie board for over a year. The frame only has five support bars, which was not enough to properly support the mattress. I took these out of the box and placed them directly on the frame. The included Velcro straps loop through the boards and help keep everything securely in place while putting the mattress back on, which was a nice touch. The difference was immediate. These bunkie boards added the support the bed was missing, and what used to feel too soft now feels just right. Overall, this was a simple upgrade that made a big improvement in comfort and support.

For a mattress that’s starting to dip but not quite ready to be replaced, adding a support layer like this can extend its lifespan with minimal effort. It slides right between the bed frame and mattress, immediately firming things up without drastically changing the overall feel. Setup is about as easy as it gets. Unfold it, lay it flat, and make sure the correct side faces the mattress, as labeled. The queen-size fits my frame cleanly with no gaps. The metal grid structure inside gives it real rigidity, while the fabric covering keeps it from feeling harsh or abrasive. The included straps are useful if you want to secure it to the frame, though it stays in place fairly well on its own. This is a sturdy bunkie board with a nice fabric cover. This is great for a foam mattress on top of a structure with skinny and far apart beams, which can cause mattress sag and void mattress warranties. Even though it's a bunkie I have a non bunk bed that could benefit from it. The board is a little heavy but not too crazy and in two pieces to make it easier to handle. The quality is pretty good and the metal core will be long lasting. I'm satisfied with what you get for the price.
