The product was super easy and quick to install! I was able to get it done on my own in about 1/2 hour. I am a 5'4" 130 lb female ( for reference). I felt that was good timing since I was unfamiliar with the product. All the parts worked as needed. I drove 50 minutes (back roads) at speeds up to 50 mph with a 6 foot kayak on a chevy spark! The kayak remained secure...no shifting at all. There was noise (similar to a leaf blower) that I got use too and didn't concern me when I realized the kayak was remaining secure!

Arrived today and we immediately took it for a test drive with 1 kayak and 3 paddleboards. So easy to setup. We had everything racked up in 15 minutes. On the way to the lake there was NOT A BUDGE! On the way back we were a little lazy and did not put the front and back tie downs on and they did turn about 30° on the roof, but the ratchets were not tightened enough. Tightened them back up and made it home perfect. Great buy, so affordable, easy to use, and worked great. Love that it came with a case so we can easily store it.

This meefar soft roof rack is a good buy. I am greatly pleased at the usefulness and ease of my purchase. Easy set up and takedown. Only complaint I have it it did leave a black mark on my car from the strap. I didn't mind much. Other than that it was a good investment.

I was looking for something to quickly and securely load my SUP on *my* car (no crossbars) w/o the hassle of the complicated ratchets my partner prefers on his SUV. These did the trick! I only did a quick test drive but everything worked well!

This product is perfect for me. I needed something cheap to get me to the lake and back. I drove up to 65mph the kayak stayed in place with no issues. I put a couple twists in the straps and there was no wind noise. I upgraded the ropes to tie down the front and back to ratcheting ones and it was very secure. Good product for someone who doesn't want to spend big money on a roof rack, but remember you get what you pay for.

The rack itself is great. The straps were a different story. One snapped going down the highway, not around a crease or anything, just snapped. I recommend buying your ratchet straps. I got a pair of 15ft straps from Walmart for around $18.

We bought these to haul kayaks on my SUV at an air BNB we go to annually. They are easy to attach and hold the kayaks securely for the 10-20 minute trip back to the house. The only downside I can find is if you leave them on for long periods, it does slightly disrupt the door seal. After removing the pads the pads the seal seems to recover.

The pads worked well to put rowing shell on roof of my car. When I first started to drive the wind on the straps made the hum very loudly. Simple fix was to twist the straps before shutting the car door.
