I work from home and can finally keep my legs moving and hit higher step counts. It’s very small but since I’m working at the same time I don’t think I’d be able to take bigger strides anyways so it’s perfect. If you want a bit more of a brisk walk/run I’d get something bigger, but it’s perfect for working at home. Noise doesn’t bother me either, sounds like a normal walking pad :) ... show more

This treadmill pad is of good quality with a nice, clear display and remote. My only problem with it is that because it's a more compact design, I have some issues with my stride. I am a tall woman with long legs and a long stride, so I hit the front of the pad with my feet frequently. If I make it go faster, that might resolve. But it's also narrow, so I have to adjust the width of my stride as well. I put my feet more in front of one another to a degree that I don't normally walk. If I don't pay attention to that, my foot hits the side of the frame, which has caused me to fall off the pad twice in the 3 times that I have used it. I suppose I just have to get used to a narrower surface and adjust accordingly. So be forewarned if you are taller or have a longer and wider stride! It's something I didn't take in to consideration, so I am letting others know. ... show more
