I bought this hose to run from a sprinkler timer to my back yard. So far I’ve been happy with the quality of this hose, but I will likely update after a year to see how it’s holding up. I like that this hose is black because the mulch around my house is also black and it blends in nicely. I partially buried this hose to conceal It but even the parts that are still visible aren’t overly noticeable which I like. Because of the material used this hose is fairly susceptible to kinking, so just be aware of that. Since I have this run to a sprinkler and it is always out this is less of any issue for me, but it might be a bigger deal to some. The overall quality of the hose itself seems really good for the price. Certainly this isn’t the highest quality hose you can buy, but it gets the job done. Description says nickel plated brass connectors, the box the hose arrived in said nickel plated brass connectors, but what was in the box had gold anodized aluminum connectors which I have no use for at all. I figured it was a mistake, and returned it for an exchange, citing the ad description and the box description. Second one came and it was exactly like the first…box said nickel plated brass connectors, the hose they sent had gold anodized aluminum connectors. I returned it for a complete refund. Why put junk connectors on an otherwise decent (looking) hose? ... show more
