  • Lightweight and easy to use
Size: 100' (feet) Color: 5/8 Inch
Got this hose at the request of my gardener. I was in the market for new hoses and he requested we get this one. He was absolutely right. It’s so much lighter than traditional hoses and coils up really neatly. It’s not as lightweight as an expandable hose but it’s so much more functional and it’s very sturdy. Definitely an A+ ... show more

  • My favorite garden hose!
Size: 10' (feet) Color: 5/8 Inch
I have bought several of these! They are my favorite hose and I've bought several different types over the years. They are lightweight but also very durable and I love the grip which makes it much easier to get a good connection.

  • This is worth the look.
Size: 100' (feet) Color: 5/8 Inch
I really like this hose. Its handles are easy to connect to my spigots. It has endured all conditional extremes. Freezing and over 100 degrees. Its durable and solid. Easy to roll up and thicker than your average green garden hose. Serves my stock tanks well!

  • Good quality material but it Kinks
Size: 50' (feet) Color: 5/8 Inch
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and provided a replacement. Impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction, I'll definitely give Giraffe products another try. After using this product for 2 weeks, my overall impression is that it's an okay product. It gives off a heavy-duty vibe due to its solid construction. I purchased it mainly because it claimed to be kink-resistant, but unfortunately, I've experienced some kinking issues with the hose. Another problem I encountered was with the plastic protector at the end of the hose, as it keeps falling off. I'm uncertain whether this is intended or if I happened to receive a faulty unit. Now, let's delve into the pros and cons: Pros: The material used for the hose feels sturdy and not flimsy like some other hoses on the market. Cons: The hose does not live up to its claim of being kink-resistant, as it tends to kink. The plastic protector at the end of the hose keeps coming loose, and there is no way to tighten it. ... show more

  • Great heavy-duty hose, but it didn't fit with my needs (read my review to find out why)!
Size: 5' (feet) Male to Female Color: 5/8 Inch
I wanted to purchase a small heavy-duty 5-foot garden hose to quickly clean around my small balcony, and this Giraffe hose was on the Amazon's Choice list (highly rated, well-priced products). I have used cheap expandable garden hoses in the past, and I loved them. However, I found them to break too easily and only last about one season. I wanted something that would last longer! When the Giraffe hose arrived, I saw it was made very well, and I could see this product lasting a very long time. The ends of the hose looked like it had great sealing, and it had incredible ergonomic plastic grips to make twisting on/off an outdoor water spigot very efficient. This is definitely a 5/5 product as far as garden hoses go. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn't fit my exact requirements. This is not due to the manufacturer's fault, and I will share why. My main reason for returning it is because I have purchased these garden hose holders from Gardzen that literally hang from my outdoor water spigots (faucets). I really like these because I could easily wrap my garden hoses around them when not in use, and they keep everything neat and tidy. I especially loved them with my expandable garden hose setups from before. My issue with the Giraffe hose is that the ergonomic plastic grip (although amazing) makes the end of the hose very long and rigid and my setup becomes unusable. I am not able to twist the hose onto my outdoor water spigots because the mount gets in the way. It makes me wish that either the hose grips weren't so long or that the garden hose holder was bigger to give more leeway for the hose connection. This has nothing to do with Giraffe products itself. So, although their hoses didn't satisfy my requirements, they are very well-made and seem like they will last a very long time. To compare Giraffe hoses with expandable hoses though, I personally like expandable hoses better (if they lasted longer). Expandable hoses are much lighter, shrink down when not in use, and they never kink. The Giraffe hose is amazing when comparing with other heavy-duty garden hoses in their respective category, but their maneuverability is quite low compared to an expandable garden hose. If Giraffe made an expandable garden hose with brass fittings and shorter ergonomic grips in variable sizes (5 ft, 15 ft, 25 ft, 50 ft, and 100 ft), they would be my favorite hose company of all time! I don't think I can change back to a normal hose after experiencing expandable water hoses (even if they don't last as long). Can somebody please point me in the right direction? ... show more

  • Highly recommended!

I have recently purchased the Giraffe Tools Garden Hose 25ft x 5/8" and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The hose is constructed with high-quality materials that make it durable and long-lasting. The 25ft length is perfect for my small garden, and the 5/8" diameter ensures a strong water flow. With its tangle-free design, I no longer have to struggle with knots or kinks when using the hose. Overall, the Giraffe Tools Garden Hose 25ft x 5/8" is a reliable and efficient choice for all your gardening needs. ... show more

  • Decent but prone to cracks
Size: 100' (feet) Color: 5/8 Inch
I, like many others out there, am in search of the perfect hose. I had my hopes up with this one.. it was pretty nice, supple, lightweight out of the box. I've been using this hose over the past week or so to power a sprinkler system for new grass and clover. I was talking around the yard today and noticed that the hose had a kink in it. I tried to undo the kink but the hose's "memory" kept it folding back. I squished the kink fold out of it and noticed there's a bit of a crack forming on the kink fold. Pretty unfortunate, I don't remember that kink being there when I set the sprinklers up.. I'm guessing once the water pressure stopped, the hose contracted and the kink formed. Regardless, that's now a weak point of the hose that I imagine will fail soon. You can buy a kit to cut out the damaged portion and reattach it but who wants to do that on a hose that hasn't even made it through its first season? I bought it in February.. ... show more
