There are many great hoses to choose from, and these fall into that category. Living in the desert is rough on anything left outside - dry air, heat, and UV can cause real issues. These hoses (I've purchased several) have never failed me and last a long time. Even with the added abuse my animals cause (they love to chew on rubber hoses - one of their favorite toys) these hoses continue to work.

This hose appears to be pretty decent. My only "issue" is the ends are NOT solid brass......but some base metal that is Brass Plated. Use it a bit and the brass plating gets rubbed off and exposes the base metal. So far the hose is surviving being drug across concrete and my high water pressure. Usually I get 2-3 years max out of a garden hose so time will tell if its any better than previous.

Just the feel of this hose and it's components reek high tech. These kind of items were basically made to fail with moderate use and the jury is still out on this hose too but you can just tell that some thought went into it. Very soft and kind of heavy too with high quality brass fittings!

This appears to be quality and holding up well. I bought this durable hose so that I could keep the spicket outside turned on all the time. That way I don't have to worry about it bursting and leaking water. 2 months with in the baking sun and no leaks so far.

Hose deformed and exploded during first ten minutes of use. A full refund does not unsoak me or account for the time wasted hooking this up and feeding it into a brand new hose reel. I've never heard of a brand new hose exploding but these are strange and uncertain times so I suppose I'll just count myself lucky it's the only item in my past dozen orders that has exploded. -5/10 wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Good thing I had my safety crocs on.
