I have been in an ongoing search for a new pre workout because the stuff my husband uses is basically crack lol it tastes delicious, dissolves easily (I even forgot a blender ball one morning & didn't even realize it because it mixed so well.) I caught it on sale, making it $10 cheaper than what I was using before which is great value for me. The taste & smell is exactly the flavor I purchased. I am a new user of this on a daily basis for the gym!

I do love this particular preworkout, but be careful! My last container from about a month ago was 25 serving at 2 scoops per serving. The new container is 30 servings at 1 scoop per serving. The problem is the caffeine is the same 250 mg per serving. So, I am now getting the same caffeine with only one scoop. Luckily I read over the ingredients again or I would've gotten 500 mg of caffeine with the 2 scoop serving that I was used to. Besides that it is a great preworkout!

I’m pretty disappointed as i’ve heard nothing but good things about Ghost being the best tasting pre-workout on the market, but this just does not taste good at all. I’m sure the formulation is great for workouts overall, but for the price I expect something that tastes amazing. Will try a new flavor!!
