I love love love these! I would get stomach aches from how much coffee I drink just to get through the day. Now I still do my morning coffee out of habit but I only drink one of these each day and that is plenty. I have the energy to push through my workouts and get through the work day on my feet. The best part is that I can still keep to my diet and I don't get the midday crash like other energy drinks. It's really hard to find these in stores and when you do, they are usually over priced. I like that I can buy a case and make it last between paychecks. (I usually take one day each week off from working out so I don't drink one.)
