Have only used this product for a short time, but my workouts are so much more intense - I can lift longer, stronger, more weight, longer and easier cardio workouts - I am seriously amazed. I didn't think it would make such a big difference but it does. I do an early morning ninety minute workout and feel like I could easily go 90 more. My energy level continues throughout the day. I have added an afternoon Yoga or Pilates workout to my usual workout routine. I truly believe this Nitric Oxide is a game booster. Not sure about all the other health benefits listed but am hoping to discover some of them as I continue to take this supplement.     • It's a good pick me up.
I'm in my 50's, still in pretty good health knock on wood, but my energy of course is not what it once was. I've listened to the commercials for Super Beets and they sounded interesting, but high cost and so-so reviews turned me off. But I was interested in the Nitric Oxide information and did a little research. Of course trying to find out what is good and what is snake oil without spending a fortune. So I saw this product and had some good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. The suggested dosage was 4 capsules, but whenever I try something new for the first time, I go with 1/2 the dosage because of stomach issues. I want to give my body time to adjust to something new without overdoing it. I have to say after finally finishing my first bottle that I did feel a bit of an energy boost before working out, or just something to pick me up in the morning to get me over the "hump" so to speak. I wish the effect would last longer, though that is probably only because I was taking 1/2 the dosage. My only complaint, hence 4 out of 5 stars, would be that you get a bottle of 120 pills and have to take 4 daily. Perhaps a slightly bigger capsule so you only have to take 2 at a time would be more ideal. But overall I thought this was a good product. ... show more

10-1-19 Updated Review Still taking these and they are still great for everything I described below in March. Great product!! _____________________________________________________________________________________ 3-20-19 I have been taking these for a couple of months now. On my non-workout days, I take these before breakfast. On my workout days, I take them about 15-20 minutes before I get to the gym which is about 5pm. Be forewarned, you will need to take four of these at a time. And, the capsules are rather large. They go down easy though. I noticed within a couple of cardio sessions that I have a whole lot of energy and that I actually want to push myself harder at times (and do). It's amazing!! The regular energy I feel is great too. I feel more level-headed as well at work which is good. As far as any "extracurricular" benefits, I will say that it definitely promotes circulation. Customer for life... ... show more

    • Be weary and know how to take it before you buy
This product gets bought a lot so I tried it looking for an extra umf!??? But there are no instruction on how to take them do you do it on an empty stomach? Before a meal or afterwards? Before trying or afterwards? And there is no phone number to call someone. Soo...tried 2 in the a.m. one day as I left the house like 3 hours before eating then 2 in the evening. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then on another I tried all 4 at once. Again not really seeing any extra energy levels or rise in libido like some say??? Perhaps because I take other vitamins and minerals regularly it clashes??? Don't really know. Was looking for a little something for days when you are dragging your feet and thoughts in every aspect and need to snap out of it quick because time is money. I continued to try different things then noticed a strange tingling, trembling almost sensation in and around one of my six pack abdominal muscles and it startled me as too how often it would just start up and stay persistent. I drank lots of water then and every time it sprang up just in case I was too dehydrated and /or had too much caffeine in the system which wasn't always my style. Anyways I stopped for a week all Vit's and it went away. Will see what happens when I resume but without taking this. Mind you I have been taking all sorts of natural Vit's and minerals since 1987. So my body is accustomed to it but??? Was very strange and scary felt my intestines were gonna pop. ... show more

    • GETTING ERECTIONS AT WILL AGAIN
After being diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, I was put on medications to control my HBP. However, after taking the medications for as little as one week I began to notice that I was not able to achieve and/or maintain an erection thereby causing me to stop taking the medication altogether. Fast forward 10 plus years and a one week hospital stay and I was back on the medication but again suffering the lack of quality erections. After reading that zinc was an important part of producing testosterone I began taking a zinc supplement twice a day; and although that helped my ability was now intermittent at best.
