I have tried so many pre workouts but I really love this one. The flavor is spot on. Not too sweet and doesn’t taste artificial. The little red, white, and blue flakes added a little extra fun to it. I enjoy the tingly feeling - so beware, it does have that effect.

Pretty good pre work out but there will be some that doesn’t dissolve at the bottom, taste is very good but the sourness of it can be irritating if it’s not your thing. Pump and focus are amazing. Would recommend to take it in the morning as the caffeine can keep you up at night but that’s common knowledge. Definitely recommend if you want a sweet sour pre. ... show more

I love this pre-workout. It tastes great and gives me the boost I need to complete my workout with the desired intensity I want. With proper use and not overuse this pre-workout is great for an energy boost for your workout. I have tried many different pre-workout supplements and many of them lead to a “crash” or lack of energy afterward. With this pre-workout, I haven't experienced that. So workout wise it works fine. It's everything else that's awful!! Its pretty clumpy in the container. There's little pop rocks in the ring pop 1 so after shaking in my shaker the pressure POPS it open. The flavor is ... fizzy?? But not in a good way its very strange. Ntm u would think w all the fizz there wouldn't be any of it left at the bottom of the cup but ALWAYS I get a big sip at the end of the powder/pieces. The worst part for me n the main reason I am writing this is cuz two days n a row it gave me such a cramp in my side! I don't know why it did it, all ik is 2 days in a row I drank it before a class and rite before warm up I'd start cramping the second day it happened sooner I actually had to tap out of my workout class cuz it was so uncomfortable.!! It was so bad I couldn't tell if if was a gas pain or my appendix!! I'm talking a good 5/6 hrs it felt like this!! I don't know how it would do that but ik it wasn't a coincidence that I felt the same pain after taking it. I still have half a container left that I won't be using now . Turned out to be a total waste of money and more importantly n my case REALLY SCARY !!! NO jitters or anything like that. ... show more

Usually RYSE tastes great, this one is way more sour than the candy version, and doesn't have as much taste. The performance in the gym is still very good and would recommend it for a fun flavor.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband who was getting back into working out after being off for a few months and he says it is his favorite pre-workout so far, he said he feels lazer focused so much that when he goes to workout sometimes he firgets to put in music and doesn't even notice lol. He likes the taste and thinks the pump from it is good too, he also only does half a scoop so as to not get too much caffine and it works well for him so good by me it will last longer lol. Would recommend. Already repurchased the other day at the mall after using this one from Amazon up. ... show more
