This pre-workout really works for me, especially during my CrossFit sessions. The Ring Pop flavor is fun and tasty—I actually like to mix it with carbonated water, which makes it feel like a fizzy energy drink. It does give me that classic itchy, tingly feeling at first, but it goes away quickly. I make sure to only take it in the mornings, because I know it would definitely keep me up at night. The energy and pump last a solid 3–4 hours. As a teacher, I take it before my morning workout, and by the time I’m in the classroom around 9 AM, I’m still energized, engaged, and giving the kids that same high energy. Overall, this pre-workout delivers a lasting boost and makes my workouts and mornings more productive.

I’m a long time mixer of my own preworkout using the basic caffiene + citrulline + beta alanine. This provides all those ingredients in clinical doses and I can’t tell the difference! I personally enjoy the flavor a lot, but someone who does not like sugar should not order this flavor as I definitely has a strong taste of fake sugar. Also mixed easy and has a slightly chalky consistency. I’d recommend this over the other brands I’ve tried around this price point (bucked up, reign, total war, bang) based on pump and energy. 4 stars as the flavor won’t be for everyone and can upset your stomach

While the flavor is awesome, it might be too sweet for some since it's definitely candy-flavored. Make sure not to introduce any moisture to the product because the powder can get hard fairly quickly, so keep that desiccant pack handy and take care not to use a damp scoop. It's pretty pricey, but then again all of these supplements are, but still on the hunt for something that doesn't break the bank.

This pre workout tastes AMAZING!! I love it so much and I love that the ingredients are thought out and clean. I try to always look for something with better ingredients and this is the best I’ve found so far. It also doesn’t even come with any food colors which is great. If it is colored it gets the color from vegetables which is a definite yes in my book. It is pricey but so is any other pre workout on the market really. I definitely recommend this one especially this flavor as it’s my favorite one they have.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband who was getting back into working out after being off for a few months and he says it is his favorite pre-workout so far, he said he feels lazer focused so much that when he goes to workout sometimes he firgets to put in music and doesn't even notice lol. He likes the taste and thinks the pump from it is good too, he also only does half a scoop so as to not get too much caffine and it works well for him so good by me it will last longer lol. Would recommend. Already repurchased the other day at the mall after using this one from Amazon up.
