This pre-workout really works for me, especially during my CrossFit sessions. The Ring Pop flavor is fun and tasty—I actually like to mix it with carbonated water, which makes it feel like a fizzy energy drink. It does give me that classic itchy, tingly feeling at first, but it goes away quickly. I make sure to only take it in the mornings, because I know it would definitely keep me up at night. The energy and pump last a solid 3–4 hours. As a teacher, I take it before my morning workout, and by the time I’m in the classroom around 9 AM, I’m still energized, engaged, and giving the kids that same high energy. Overall, this pre-workout delivers a lasting boost and makes my workouts and mornings more productive.

Flavor Name: Sour Punch Blue Raz
I’ll give a two perspective review. 1.Gym focus: flavor, mix-ability, pump and energy all 10/10. I get insane focus and pumps at the gym definitely recommend for heavy gym sessions. 2. Overall energy no crashing this is one of the few preworkout that my wife actually enjoys drinking and provide her sustain energy without crashing. I often make her a small shaker and she takes it whenever she has long call or nightt shifts at the hospital. Thus coming from not a “gym bro” she truly says this is one of the best pre in terms of taste and energy. PS caffeine is on the higher side , if you are not used to preworkout then do half a scoop.

RYSE Loaded Pre – Sour Punch Blue Raz – July 2025 This pre-workout hits me pretty hard as someone who dailies 300+ pre and has caffeinated drinks regularly. I start to feel the Beta Alanine in 5-10 minutes and it's a strong and distinct feeling. Coming from 6-Star Pre from Walmart, a leveled scoop of this feels more intense than a triple of 6-Star. The focus aspect was both noticeable and unexpected. During lifting, I'm locked in and nothing can really bother or interrupt me. This mixes well and barely needs shaking. I just throw it in a shaker bottle after filling with 10-14oz water and it's good to go. I'd recommend 12+ oz just to dilute the flavor and make it easier to drink. As for the flavor, this is like drinking straight lemon juice. The first couple days of using this, I had a full body reaction identical to children trying a lemon slice for the first time. I'm sure it was comical for people at the gym to see... I'll be buying a different flavor of this next time, but I'm a fan of the brand's Loaded Pre overall. Workouts feel good and the drop off is gradual at about 1.5h. I wouldn't call it a crash. 4 stars because I'd like a little more L-Citrulline and the flavor is just "Super Sour" rather than the expected "Blue Raz" I had hoped for. Random observation, the included scoop handle is longer than any I've ever used. Pretty sure you can reach the bottom without putting your hand in the tub. I wish more companies did this.

Flavor Name: Sour Punch Green Apple
This is a great pre workout! I have epilepsy and it doesn’t affect me. There is clumps but I found out it’s actually the candy in it as well… I love sour and would highly recommend if you’re looking for something new. I’ve used it a lot and there’s still plenty in the container. I got it on sale but it would be cool if it stayed there cause I’d buy more than one next time.

Best pre workout i have used. Gives you the pump you want when working out and the energy to push through the workouts. It dissolves well and you can even pair it with the creatine monohydrate for best results and increasing size fast.

I love Ryse products but the flavor profile on the country time lemonade misses the mark. Sunny D is fantastic. All the other ones I have tried have have been great but this one is just meh.

Flavor Name: Country Time Blueberry Lemonade
The Blueberry Lemonade flavor is a 10/10 — absolutely fantastic! I’m pretty picky about texture, and this pre-workout blends super smoothly with no gritty feel. The taste is refreshing and honestly one of the best I’ve had from any brand. The only minor issue I ran into is that the mixture tends to settle a bit at the bottom after a few minutes. Nothing a quick shake can’t fix, but it can be a little jolting if you forget to mix it back up before your last sip. Overall though, this flavor is awesome — smooth, tasty, and delivers exactly what you want in a pre-workout. Highly recommend!
