I’ve owned this for a couple of months now. Still running well. It’s fairly easy to use. I’m a first-timer with espresso machines but I finally figured it out for my needs. The instructions are obviously translated into English, so some of it doesn’t make sense. I got the gist of what they were saying after a few reads, and tries with the machine. This machine is only fast-heating if you have 15-20 minutes to spare. There’s nothing fast about this part. The green ready light has never come on with my machine when it’s heated enough for use. Instead, it just shuts off as if it’s too warm. The only time the green light works is when it’s making espresso or steaming milk, and it flashes at that point. The green light will not come back on to let you know if it’s heated enough for the next use. Again, it just shuts off like it’s too warm. The steamer seems to work well. Just make sure your milk isn’t super cold. Otherwise it may not get to the temp you want it, and be nothing more than warm milk with froth. This is probably the best machine for a rookie to learn with and use. However, folks in the know with this stuff like baristas and other pros may find this machine lightweight and not suited for their needs or skills.

I have had my espresso machine for about a month and use it at least four times per week. The espresso is perfect (although maybe a little colder than I would prefer). It will brew a single or double shot. The milk frother isn't the BEST but it does work and gets the milk nice and warm. The biggest downfall so far is that the on/off button only works for "on" so I have to unplug it to turn it off. Other than that it gets to temperature very quickly, even between brews. I would definitely recommend this as a great value overall.

This machine would not prime - had to find a way to squirt water up into the pump to get it going. YouTube helped! Also - it will only turn off by itself. The button doesn't seem to work. Lastly - it does NOT come with a frothing pitcher as shown in the picture.

I was disappointed to open package and find there were no accessories like something for the coffee to go in and since a coffee cup wont fit in the space I couldn’t even use it with anything other than a shot glass. The picture and description are very deceiving.

As mentioned by others, the price works. This is a no thrills espresso machine. The only gripe I have is it doesn't leave you with a very hot coffee - you still have to microwave it afterwards.

This product is great, but starting it up to make sure it worked took forever, the water tank doesn't connect very easy so you have to play around when trying to put it back or it won't work correctly, other then that it's a pretty good machine.

This machine makes excellent espresso, and it is easy to use and clean up. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee. The gevi milk frother suggested to be bought with it also works very well for making foam and heating!
