I converted a 32" x 80" Pocket Door to a Sliding Barn Door with this kit. Very well put together kit for the Money and used this same kit before on a regular Barn door but those are typically at 84" tall. So to use this on an 80" door you need to be creative with the instructions and Measure 3 times, drill once. :>) Just used the same meaurements on the Door HW but on the rail mounting you need to understand the door height and how it affects where you mount the rail. Instead of using a Header above the Door Trim, I just used a wider piece of trim for my upper and that was a combo for Door Trim and Header. I'll post a pic later ... show more
