I have always been a tech guy, and I like to keep my house up to date with the latest and greatest smart tech. I have owned 5 different types of electronic/wifi locks for my house, and they were all pretty slick.. but this lock is in a class COMPLETELY by itself. I have owned it for several months now, and I still am amazed by how this thing works. So here are the things that stand out about this lock: It is completely effortless and lightning fast to unlock your door. When you walk up to it, it senses motion and wakes up, then you simply hold your hand up a few inches in front of it, and in less than a half of a second, the door unlocks. It does it so fast that it feels like it reads your mind. On my previous locks, they all had fingerprint scanners and keypads. The fingerprint scanners were my primary method of unlocking, but if my hands were wet or dirty, half the time the lock would not read correctly and I would get an error. Sometimes I had to scan my finger 3 or 4 times to finally get it to unlock. With this Lockin smart lock, it doesn't matter if your hands are wet or dirty.. it reads your palm and unlocks EVERY time. As a matter of fact, of the hundreds of times I have used it, I do not believe it has ever failed a single time to read my palm. My whole family loves it, because of the reliability and speed! On top of the genius palm reading tech, it also has a keypad, and a camera! It's a very sleek, nice looking lock, heavy duty, and has a nice rechargeable battery pack. I would challenge anyone to find a more convenient, and more reliable lock anywhere. I can confidently say, this may be the best lock on the market as of 2025.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say that I have had other electronic locks and this one blows me away. The lock’s appearance is professional and of good quality . The palm feature is its biggest and best feature of all. The other features such as finger print and keypad entry work great and very fast and accurate as well. U could say that this is a doorbell camera and smart lock all in one. Once the doorbell is pressed, You can see a live feed of who’s behind the door and it is very quick to show up on your phone. You can also record video and take pictures of people behind the door. The video events are stored in the camera and you can download them any time. The software allows you to make many adjustments from the timing of the auto lock to scheduling entry numbers for others, and so many other options. It is also compatible with Google and Alexa which is a big plus for me. The battery lasts up to 4 months depending on usage. It is a 5000ma lithium battery pack. So no more buying double AA batteries !! I bought the package with the extra battery for an extra $30 so once one battery pack runs low I just swap them out. I highly recommend this lock.

Amazing product and fantastic customer service! This is the best home lock we ever had. The vein palm reader works flawlessly and is so much faster, quicker than other locks we've had in the past. The auto locking feature is amazing and so convenient to be able to walk away and hear that the door has locked behind you. Love the camera feature to be able to see who is or was at the door. Setup was easy and quick and the replaceable rechargable battery is peace of mind that it will last for years.

Overall, this is a very solid door lock. It has almost everything a smart lock can offer now — door lock, multiple modes of recognition and unlocking, online connectivity, surveillance camera, two way talking, cloud and local storage, rechargeable battery, and more. The install was very straightforward. Using the device and the companion app has been easy enough as well. The only complaint I have for this product is that the lithium ion battery doesn’t seem to last for long before needing recharged. You are given options to preserve battery life by selecting a mode for the lock to operate in based on how active you want the alarm detection. Other than that I think it’s a great product and recommend it over most of the others.
