I love the lock and how it integrates with my smart home and Homekit. Unfortunately there is one massive oversight that has become extremely problematic for me! It is the lack of an option to control the voice that confirms your lock has successfully locked when auto-lock is applied. I can't disable the voice all together nor can I control the volume of the voice. The only way to prevent it from very loudly exclaiming "door locked" is to completely disable the autolock feature which kind of defeats what this product is designed to do. I optimistically updated the device's firmware (which was insanely difficult and took hours of failed attempts before successfully updating) hoping that it would resolve the lack of control over that specific feature, but it did not. When in the companion app, I have gone into audio settings and muted every option that mute was allowed; the options that just allowed audio volume control but not mute, I lowered to the minimum setting. After adjusting all of those audio settings, the super loud "door locked" voice confirmation still was present. This is such a big deal for me and my household as this is on a door within the house; not an entryway door, so every time I open the bedroom door this lock is on, the very loud confirmation is startling when in the middle of night and others are sleeping. It is also embarrassing during the day when friends are at the house and the door is constantly yelling "door locked" every time I open and shut the door. Because of how significant this is for me, I wanted to give 1 star review, but that would be a disservice to an otherwise very well made and designed product. *UPDATE as of 4-18-25* Lockin actually reached out to me after I wrote them a message describing my issue and are actively working on a fix to resolve it. That's unheard of is the best of ways! They have been in constant contact providing me any new information regarding the fix and an estimated timeline of the fix. They have issued a firmware update to the actual hardware as well as app updates. They have told me they are still actively working on a firmware update to resolve my issue that should be available in the next week or two. I don't think I have ever had a company work to fix an issue that is an issue for me as most other users are not affected by. I've somewhat become used to poor customer service as the norm, that having great customer service is almost shocking! Personally, I put good customer service right up there with quality of product. Knowing a company stands behind their products and will respond to your inquiries allows you to purchase their products with piece of mind. They are my new 1st choice in security smart locks, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! *Also, they resolved the issue I had completely! Really great service all around. Highly recommended!

Inicialmente compre otra marca con funciones parecidas a la Venu Plus pero rápidamente me di cuenta que la calidad y funciones no eran las mejores, así que decidí comprar la Venu Plus al recibir el producto vi la diferencia en calidad de este producto, pero lamentablemente mi unidad llego con un defecto de fabrica, al comunicarme con Servicio al Cliente me respondieron de forma rápida y con varias alternativas, al recibir mi segunda unidad y instalarla era todo lo que había pensado. Las funciones de la aplicación son excelentes puedes conectarte a la cámara en el momento que quieras, puedes abrir la puerta de forma remota, recibes notificaciones del sensor de moviendo etc en general estoy muy complacido con mi compra y más aun con el servicio al cliente que han dado la milla extra conmigo. Lo único que podría decir negativo es que actualmente la integración para controlar por Alexa y Smart Things no está funcionando ya que todavía no cuentan con la certificación de Matter, lo cual servicio al cliente me indican que a finales de Mayo 2025 estará operacional. Se para algunas personas seria suficiente para no dar las 5 estrellas pero en mi caso la calidad, las funciones de este smart lock y el gran servicios al cliente me hizo darle esta calificación perfecta.

I bought this doorbell camera after seeing all of those porch pirates online, and I think this really helps with deterring them. The design is lowkey but still noticable, and it's easy to set up on the app. The camera is high resolution, and it works well to identify faces. The night vision also works very well, and it can see even in the darkest of nights. There's a lot of incredibly helpful features here, and for the price, it's honestly worth it. It feels genuinely hefty and durable, and I seriously doubt anyone would dare try to steal your packages once they spot the doorbell camera. This 2K camera came with AI motion detection, night vision, palm vein recognition, 32GB built-in storage, auto-lock, and one-touch lock. I love this smart lock camera and highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent multipurpose keyless lock & doorcam. The lock and keyless features work as advertised (I was skeptical about the palm print reader but it works flawlessly) and I like the camera app even better than my Ring or Nest doorbell cams (and the battery lasts longer, too). They've even made updates to the app and continue to make improvements. It feels high-quality and solid, it looks sleek, and I feel safe using it on my front door in a downtown urban area. UPDATE: I had a glitch occur with my lock and ended up getting locked out for a short time. The Lockin response to my issue is why this product is still getting 5-stars. The overwhelmingly positive response from Lockin showed that this was a total surprise to them - not a common issue at all - and they bent over backwards to help. They went out of their way to provide a solution beyond my expectations, and gave me faith that this company really cares about giving the best customer experience possible. The glitch was fixable and is no longer an issue - I would use this lock on every door.
