I have always been a tech guy, and I like to keep my house up to date with the latest and greatest smart tech. I have owned 5 different types of electronic/wifi locks for my house, and they were all pretty slick.. but this lock is in a class COMPLETELY by itself. I have owned it for several months now, and I still am amazed by how this thing works. So here are the things that stand out about this lock: It is completely effortless and lightning fast to unlock your door. When you walk up to it, it senses motion and wakes up, then you simply hold your hand up a few inches in front of it, and in less than a half of a second, the door unlocks. It does it so fast that it feels like it reads your mind. On my previous locks, they all had fingerprint scanners and keypads. The fingerprint scanners were my primary method of unlocking, but if my hands were wet or dirty, half the time the lock would not read correctly and I would get an error. Sometimes I had to scan my finger 3 or 4 times to finally get it to unlock. With this Lockin smart lock, it doesn't matter if your hands are wet or dirty.. it reads your palm and unlocks EVERY time. As a matter of fact, of the hundreds of times I have used it, I do not believe it has ever failed a single time to read my palm. My whole family loves it, because of the reliability and speed! On top of the genius palm reading tech, it also has a keypad, and a camera! It's a very sleek, nice looking lock, heavy duty, and has a nice rechargeable battery pack. I would challenge anyone to find a more convenient, and more reliable lock anywhere. I can confidently say, this may be the best lock on the market as of 2025.

This is a wonderful product. The lock is stable and functions easily. It is a quality product and I highly recommend. Installation took longer than stated int he instructions because of the magnetic part that my husband had to work on our door to make it fit correctly. Once installed, set up is quick and simple. I have a daughter with special needs and wanted something that she could use to be able to open our door. It did take a little trying to finally get her to understand. Other family members immediately got it to work either with the palm reader or fingerprint and it each has individual codes. You can monitor who came in unlocked, or locked in the app. Video is clear and the talking function is a big plus. I can talk to my daughter and remind her to place her finger on the sensor. I can also talk to anyone that comes to my door. I can lock and unlock automatically and even set a temporary passcode for someone that you want to let in for a one time event. My only issue is that every time a car goes by I get an alert. I wish that I could set it to only people. However, I cannot. I have set it to 3 feet (the shortest in the setup ) but it still notifies me of cars going by. I did purchase a separate battery that I have charged and ready to go. I have had to replace the batter once because of the cars constantly going by. App: Is great and gives you all the information you need at your fingertips. It tells you the battery level as well so that you an charge (with a C cable) or easily change batteries. I keep an extra charged and ready to replace.

This product works great, it replaced an older one from another brand that no longer would lock itself automatically. Installation was very easy, probably took me about 20 minutes top. The palm vein recognition feature works extremely well and is very fast. The app is very convenient, it’s great being able to unlock and lock it remotely. I had a guest coming over to let our dog out while we were out of town recently and it was very easy to setup that person temporarily with the palm vein feature. Lock is well build and feels like it should stand up to weather and time. I also have another lock from this company that has the camera feature and it works equally well. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely buy again!
