Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus with Extra Battery
Review Image by Ellie San
We absolutely love our Lockin Smart Lock. It has a sleek, modern design that looks great with our door and instantly upgraded the overall appearance of our entryway. We followed the instructions step by step and had it installed quickly with no prior experience, which made the setup process surprisingly easy. One of our favorite features is the variety of entry options. The keyless entry system is incredibly convenient, and the palm scanner is by far the standout feature. It works extremely fast and unlocks the door almost instantly. It makes coming and going effortless. We also appreciate that the lock is weatherproof, which gives us confidence that it will hold up well in different conditions throughout the year. The device is packed with useful features and feels very high-tech without being complicated to use. The camera quality could be a little better, but it still provides good viewing angles and gets the job done. Another big plus is the USB-C rechargeable battery, which lasts a long time and is easy to recharge and reinstall when needed. Overall, this smart lock offers a great combination of style, convenience, and security. ... show more

    • Better than Ring!
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus with Extra Battery
This lock is incredibly amazing. I didn't expect as much from it as I got. It was easy to install, pretty much fit perfectly into the holes that were already there. The battery lasts for a long time. I don't know why the app has such bad reviews, because for me, it works perfectly. Very easy to add fingerprints, palm scans, codes, and other people! The camera captures everything, it captures all motion, recognizes people, and records with no problem, unlike Ring, that only catches the very last bit of motion... It looks very modern and is very strong and durable. It ALWAYS locks the door behind you when you go in and out, so you don't ever need to worry about forgetting to lock the door! And there are multiple settings in the app to adjust the lock to your preferences! Very happy with the purchase, wish I got it sooner, it is definitely worth the price, especially for something that doesn't require a subcription! Amazing! ... show more

    • Absolutely Fantastic! The best smart lock on the market
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus Only
I have been using the Lockin Venoris Plus for over 6 months now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. It offers multiple ways to unlock—fingerprint, password, and more—but the Palm Vein recognition is an absolute game-changer. You don't even have to touch the device; it detects my palm incredibly fast and unlocks seamlessly every single time. The security features give me immense peace of mind. The recorded video clips and instant notifications sent through the app make me feel so secure. Speaking of the app, the user interface is highly intuitive, and best of all, there are no subscription fees required to access these features! Battery life is another huge plus. Since it’s rechargeable, I no longer have to spend money on replacing batteries. A single charge easily lasts about 4 to 5 months, and I can conveniently check the remaining battery percentage right inside the app. Recently, I had a minor app login issue and contacted their customer service. Their response was lightning-fast, and the problem was resolved immediately—truly impressive support! I highly recommend this smart lock to all my friends and family. It is worth every penny! ... show more

    • A must have door lock
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus Only
The Lockin Veno Plus Video Smart Lock has been an excellent upgrade for my home security. The 2K camera quality is impressively clear, and the 180° wide-angle view gives a great look at anyone approaching the door. I really like being able to check the live video feed and monitor deliveries directly from my phone. The smart lock functions work smoothly, and having multiple unlocking options adds a lot of convenience for family and guests. Installation was easier than expected, and the overall build feels solid and secure. The key backup feature also provides extra peace of mind. Overall, this smart lock combines security, convenience, and modern technology into one reliable device. ... show more

    • Not Impressed and Won’t be Buying Again
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus with Extra Battery

I’m honestly not very impressed with this product. I originally bought it for our apartment, and right after installation the first unit didn’t have enough power to turn the lock automatically and would stick. It seemed like some type of motor or gear issue. I returned it and received a replacement. Installation on the second one went smoothly, but I’ve continued having issues with the camera and app. The camera freezes often and doesn’t work as advertised. I rarely get activity notifications at my door, and when I open the app it frequently just keeps loading and spinning without connecting. The main reason I chose this lock was because it doesn’t require a subscription, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the glitches and performance issues. I had also considered buying another one for an outdoor shed, but after this experience I’ll be looking at other options instead. UPDATE: I’ve taken away another star because not even the fact that there is not a subscription is enough to justify that this “smart” lock is just not worth it. The video feed has completely stopped working altogether. It will not allow me to use the feature of real time access to who’s at the door etc. I cannot even see any camera usage anymore. It doesn’t even send me accurate information on who, when and how the door was opened. The battery only last about a week and a half before I have to charge it again. I just feel like I’m having to babysit my front door! Honestly, I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Worst purchase ever. ... show more

    • Seamless Fit, Fast Unlock & Peace of Mind – A Truly Modern Smart Lock
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus Only
Review Image by Jin
Perfect Fit & Easy to Maintain – Love This Smart Lock! I've been using this smart lock for a few weeks now, and it's been a game changer for my front door! Installation was straightforward – just make sure to double-check your door measurements before buying. The product page has a clear compatibility chart (hole size, thickness, backset, etc.), and as long as your door meets those specs, it fits perfectly. Some reviews mentioned charging from the outside, but that's actually a misunderstanding. The lock charges from the inside, which is great for security. It even supports solar panel charging and emergency charging options, so you don't have to worry about getting locked out. The build feels solid, the palm vein and fingerprint unlock work lightning fast, and the camera quality is crystal clear. I love being able to see who's at my door in real time. Highly recommend this lock if you want a modern, secure, and easy-to-use solution for your home! ... show more

    • This door lock has it all!
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus Only
Overall, this is a very solid door lock. It has almost everything a smart lock can offer now — door lock, multiple modes of recognition and unlocking, online connectivity, surveillance camera, two way talking, cloud and local storage, rechargeable battery, and more. The install was very straightforward. Using the device and the companion app has been easy enough as well. The only complaint I have for this product is that the lithium ion battery doesn’t seem to last for long before needing recharged. You are given options to preserve battery life by selecting a mode for the lock to operate in based on how active you want the alarm detection. Other than that I think it’s a great product and recommend it over most of the others. ... show more

    • Finally found the perfect lock!
Size: Palm Vein+8G Local Storage Set name: Veno Plus Only
AMAZING Door lock! I was doing so much research on door locks and initially I was only going to go with the ones that had just the fingerprint unlock, but seeing this one and the reviews I had to try it. Now I’ve gone through so many door locks it’s not even funny. This one has all the bells and whistles I was looking for with the plus having the palm reader. The battery life is amazing unlike other locks we’ve had. Also the fact that I can lock and unlock remotely from anywhere is the great! That was one of the deal breakers I had for a door lock and this works perfectly. Now I don’t have pics or videos yet but I will try and update when I can. Also, I was able to install by myself without my husband’s help as I was determined to do it myself and it wasn’t bad at all. I just had to chisel a little bit of the wools to make the plates fit. Now it was a little difficult to make sure the sensors match so that the automatic lock will lock when I close the door but I was innovative and was able to figure it out. All in all… totally worth it!! Again I will try to get this photos and videos up soon! ... show more
