Now that it's spring time, yard work is inevitable and in order for the grass to maintain its luscious, green color and the plants to thrive, a water hose is much needed. I needed a water hose that is flexible. My plants and garden are all over the yard and I needed it to be able to move around without a lot of effort. My wife wanted to try this product and she was loving how it easily extended and didn't get intertwined with each other. The hose was 25 feet long, which provided the necessary length we needed to maneuver our garden. She was able to reach the herbs, flowers, and bushes just fine. The grass even got sprayed because the nozzle we had was very helpful. It was very easy to attach this hose to the nozzle. There is no way for this hose to get kinks in them as it's made very well. The hose seems to be leakproof as we didn't witness any running water. The only thing I would improve is the weight of the hose. It is a bit heavy. For a product to describe easy maneuverability, I would think it would be lighter to hold and move around.

There pretty much used to be just one type of garden hose. Now there are all sorts of materials features. This one is of the "hybrid" style. The outer surface feels more rubbery than the old style vinyl hoses. These don't kink up like the vinyl ones, and if you do put a tight bend in it, it won't "remember" that spot and develop a weak spot. So, the hose material on these is pretty good, but that is where the positives end. There is a plastic sleeve on each end where top quality hoses have some sort of strain relieve. These sleeves don't seem to do anything other than provide an aesthetic cover for where the fitting is attached to the hose. It will easily slide down the hose. I think it is pretty point less. The fittings themselves are "OK." I have seen much better ones, but those are on hoses that cost more. The male fitting isn't wide enough to allow you to get a good grip on it for tightening up whatever you attach to it. Compared to other newer style "hybrid" hoses, this one is three stars. However, this one cost a lot less than some of the better ones. I'll add a star for that.
