I was surprised by what I received. The garden hose came packaged in a large envelope. When I opened it, I noticed the hose was very lightweight, which made me doubt whether it was truly 50 feet long as stated in the description. I decided to test it, and to my amazement, it did extend to the full 50 feet. It also has a shut-off valve at the end, which is a very thoughtful design feature.
