I am a USTA 5.0 tennis player who has picked up playing pickle ball recently with my boyfriend. This paddle gets the job done as I am beginning to learn the game. The texture allows for plenty of topspin and slice, and the paddle itself feels solid. My only complaint is that this paddle gives me more power than control, and I really don't need the extra pop. I actually teach pickleball at a really nice club have used numerous paddles. This paddle is one of the best feeling paddles I've hit. Hits hard has good top spin and very good touch. For the price it's much better than most of the $150 paddles.
