If you have dense hair like me BUY IT! It will be worth every penny because this hair dryer is much like one in a professional salon for much less money. My hair dries for half the time it took me before. Is a little heavy but definitely worth your money!!

This is the best hair dryer I have ever owned. Drys hair in no time. Heat is great, this is a good value for the money, great performance, noise level is lower than most dryers. Favorite feature is the cooling feature. Blows cold air like an A/C. Leaves my hair smooth & attachment is nice.

I have fine, thinning hair so it's not easy to find a hair dryer that doesn't make my hair frizzy or flat. I tried this dryer for a week, allowing myself to get familiar with it before deciding to keep it. Pros: * I like the heat settings. Warm is perfect and hot works for a short burst when I want lift to the roots to create more body. *This dries my hair quickly, minimizing damage to my fine hair. *The concentrator attachment works very well. It's not to wide or too narrow( other concentrators I've used allowed too much air and blew my hair everywhere as if Iwerent using a concentrator at all.) With these concentrators, I can focus on drying just the section of hair on my brush without the dryer blowing it everywhere. *The ions in the dryer reduce 99% of friz, leaving my hair smooth and soft looking while still having body. *The cord is long. I've noticed that this is an issue when reading other reviews. * This dryer seems to be well made and durable. Cons: * It is loud * I wish the low speed was a wee bit slower. (Fine hair) This dryer is heavy compared to any other hair dryer I've owned. At a little over 2lbs, my tennis elbow complains when using this dryer. I thought about returning it due to the weight. Then I started researching other ionic hair dryers and discovered that this is an average weight for this type of hair dryer. You can find a lighter hair dryer, however, they were much more expensive. My hair dresser uses a small light weight one that cost her $400. I'm not holding this hair dryer for more than a few minutes a day so the pros far outweigh the cons. I also like the extended warrantee available for purchase. I am glad I decided on this hair dryer
