I have owned more expensive office chairs, and they do wear out. This chair manages to be inexpensive without skimping. Nice features like the moveable arms, and the splash of color. I had a similar mesh chair, which I liked, but I needed more support for my older back, so I gave that chair away. I have had cheaper chairs, which had more plastic parts, and they lasted five years. I hope this one lasts more than five years. I bought rubber caster wheels for my hardwood floors, and it is a nice upgrade. That cost me fifty bucks, but I do not like plastic wheels. It took me a few extra minutes to screw the back on while the chair was rolling, so take my advice and have somebody steady the chair and the back when you attach it. Been looking for a new home office chair and this one is overall decent, especially for the price. Biggest complaint is the arm rests. When down at use level, they sit so high that I feel like I am slightly shrugging. By end of the day I feel the toll in my neck and shoulder area. The arms fold up so you can slide the chair into the desk, but they aren’t adjustable up/down for use level. I’m 6’1” and if I was much shorter I think I’d feel like my arms were uncomfortably high up. It’s still a good chair overall but it’s worth being aware of this design dimensioning. ... show more

The chair is definitely too high and the seat is too deep for me. I'm 5'2". Also, the chair seems to be reclining a little at all times. It might be okay for gaming but it's awkward for a computer desk. Again, my height might be the problem. It is well made a a great price though.

The chair was great but had to return due to it being damaged when delivered. It had a puncture hole in the cushion but was easily refunded. Will be ordering a new one.
