Just got it and very pleased. Just know you get what you pay for so it is less quality then more expensive models but for the price extremely nice. I’m 5.11 190 pounds with 36 inch legs so I’m long legged. My feet hang off a little but not bad as far as the seat I have about 4 inches on each side. It is comfortable but a little stiff, I love the heat and massage. Heat gets hot but massage could be a little more but not to bad. We have a dog and the hair doesn’t stick to it. Zero stars. The chair started out good, when it actually worked. It sits low to the ground below the knees I’m 5’7 and it’s low on me. It has lost all cushion in the lower back of the chair and you can now feel the actual wood support frame in the back where the fluff used to be now the wood just jams you in the back. I would have never spent $400 on this it’s is not the quality of a $400 chair. I am now past the return time having owned it and used it for two months. The heating element works when it wants it doesn’t care what the timer is set to and two massaging heads have stopped working. Sad I really needed and wanted this chair to work as I am home with new baby but a rocker would have been a better decision with my own heating pad that is reliable plus that would have been cheaper. Hopefully my review saves someone else from my mistake there’s no way I’ll get my money back now. ... show more

Wow - I am impressed. This recliner cost me $416.58 with shipping and taxes. It came in 3 boxes. It assembled easily. Only took about 15 minutes to put it together. It is extra padded, wider than a standard recliner and has heat and vibrate massage and even a USB slot to plug in my phone charger. It does not have a cup holder (wish it did) but I have an end table next to me so not a huge deal. It has electric recline (doesn't rock) and when I sit in this thing I feel like I am in the Captain's chair. Probably the only thing I would gripe about is that I wish the arm rests were a little higher. Maybe put a little more cushioning in the arms, but overall, for the price this is a fantastic value and I would buy this recliner again for sure... ... show more
