The instruction manuals are not "crystal clear" when it comes to the foot rest, the additional o-rings go on the very end of the side rods. Other than that, it was a pretty simple install, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome and comfort!

I do like this chair and would buy another one for the price I paid. The color is lovely, and the leather is soft and creamy. It's a comfortable chair. There are only two issues. The right arm didn't attach securely because there was a misshapen screw hole that simply wouldn't accommodate the screw. And the footrest is flimsy. I don't use the footrest because, even at my 128 pound self, I feel like I'm going to break it off. The leather stains easily, but for the beautiful color, the comfort, and the price, I would get another one.

Does not support 400 lbs at all!! Buyer beware. Fairly easy to assemble, however... I'm 6'2" and 360 lbs. The lumbar hinge only goes up about 5", the first time I tried to test the reclining function. The cheap plywood backing snapped, VERY UNSTABLE. never tried to use it again. The leg support is VERY flimsy and short. Leaving it unusable. While disappointing, I tried to continue using the chair itself but noticed after a week the hydraulic riser bled off, and will no longer come up, leaving you squatting uncomfortably, like a milking stool. I am returning to choese a different brand.

The media could not be loaded. I had an amazing experience with this product/service.
