The chair arrived a day before I was informed it would arrive. It was packaged very well. Instructions were easy to follow. An Allen wrench was included. The chair is heavy duty for it's price class. The seat is very accommodating in size. A back till adjustment and locking. A height adjustment as well. It suits my game room perfectly. A note to the manufacturer, the plastic cover piece on the back could do with a clip to hold the included Allen wrench since it will be needed again to retighten the screws. I just taped mine on it.

Takes about 40 minutes to build, follow the instructions carefully and you'll be fine EXCEPT STEP 5. It wants you to put the screw on the left side DONT!!. put it on the right side and you'll have a longer feet rest. (The picture shown is looking from the bottom up, and wants you to place the screw on the left side. That will make your feet rest shorter, check pictures.)

Assembly required. The chair has a lot of adjustability for comfort, including the lumbar and head pillow. The recline feature is a feature not sure I will use. Overall 3.9 stars taking into consideration the products description, quality, features, value and cost of 259.98 very pricy.

For starters this chair looks great, ergonomic and seems to have been thought out by the designers. I’m 6’3 and it fits me well. The one thing that the chair has that doesn’t really work for me is the pullout leg rest. I think it would work well for a shorter person. It shows away under the chair, they made the extension as long as they could so I can’t fault them for that. The chair bottom is what I would say fairly firm. I can play for hours so I do t think I’d want something too soft and cushy. Assembly was quick and easy with clear concise instructions. All parts and screws were there with at least an extra screw, bolt just in case one is/was lost. The chair rolls easily on carpet and has multiple adjustment points. It’s a very sturdy and has not come apart in any way over the last few months of regular use. The material is holding up well. A good value.
