>>> This is an update to my first review <<< Originally I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with the auto-packing litter box, getting support was difficult and out of frustration I decided to return it. Some days later, I was contacted by phone by a person affiliated with the Furbulous brand and expressed their concern regarding my negative experience. He was very polite and genuinely interested in my experience asked me several questions and ultimately apologized for the lack of support I had encountered. Long story short, he went to great lengths to turn around my experience and began to explain what the brand was willing to do to correct the situation and turn the whole negative experience into a positive outcome. I have to admit, the end customer service was fantastic and Furbulous has gone beyond the scope of goodwill to just make it all better. I am grateful and will soon have another auto package litter box for me to have the chance to use it longer term and I will be offering more updates to my whole experience and that of our three cats as well. For now, I am changing my original single-star review for a five-star only because these people went to great lengths to personally contact me and offer their support and helped me turn what would otherwise be a bad experience into a surprisingly unique story worth sharing with others. < OLD REVIEW > ( This portion of the review will be deleted soon, I only want to leave it for a bit for others to appreciate the contrast between my two sides' experiences) I had high hopes for this auto packing litter box, I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, it did not. It made such a mess that I instantly lost all desire to even deal with it. I had the decency to clean up the mess to return it only because it is biological waste and couldn’t just ship it back this way, but just look at the photos and see for yourself. It never let me know the bag was full until it was literally overflowing as clearly visible in the photos. If you want to risk it, go right ahead!     • Worst 500 dollars ever spent!!
I was gifted this litter box for Christmas, got it out, set it up and it worked great! For LESS THAN A WEEK. I went to turn off the litter box in order to clean it and wipe it out as instructed, tried to turn it back on and IT DOESN'T WORK. it will turn on, make the suction noise to secure the bag inside the trash bin, and then shut off. Does it constantly. We tried all the trouble shooting ideas, checked our power source, and nothing works. Tried to contact the manufacturer, and got no response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Worst customer response/service over ever had. Amazon is no help either!! ... show more

Bought this and was honestly skeptical. We have two cats one which is darn near the size of a small dog. Got the box. Got it set up. Worked well for a month. Had several issues but none that weren’t easily fixed. We bought this because we are on the road for 5-7 days and wanted a solution! We have learned that you HAVE TO USE cat litter that is more on the fine side. NOT litter that is on the more pebble like side. Long story short they respond immediately to email and offered us 2 boxes of auto bags just for having problems. Then when we discovered the litter issue I described above they offered to ship us their litter for FREE. Who does this? About 1 month in the box just died electrically. No display no response no nothing. They immediately ship us a new replacement box via FedEx and a free return label with faulty box. This box is amazing IF IT CAN LAST. We are now on day 1 of the second box. Will come back here and complete the review in a couple months. Again….customer service is on point. Set up is easy. Get the right litter!! This box 100% eliminates odor. Our cat came in a took a growler….you smelled it immediately and then it auto cleaned 2 minutes after and odor is GONE. Great product. Durability and longevity will be followed up when I complete this review. Follow up on original review. Box works great and will do multiple cats but the only flaw is its holding capacity. It does what it does really well it just doesn’t hold much. Like we have a massive cat that drinks a ton and his piss nuggets will fill this machine in a day sometimes.     • Worked for a couple of months, now continues to jam/give errors/and actually got one cat stuck!
I want to start off by saying, I loved this when we first got it. We used it for a month or so, and with some training, got both cats to comfortably use it over one of those tray litter boxes. Then, we started noticing that the box would start getting jammed when tying up the litter bag. No problem, I would just open up the lid, check for a problem, maybe even jiggle the container, and it would go back to working. That started happening much more as time has gone on. This has led to so many wasted litter bag refills as the sealer stopped sealing tight enough that air would just blow through the hole. I’d have to pull a little out, run the auto-pack again, and then it would finally work. We have now gotten to the point where I am fixing these problems almost daily. It’s only been a few months. My cats have stopped using the box due to it not cleaning properly and I have tried everything I can think of, besides ripping it apart, to find the problems. Let alone, this machine cost almost $600 when I purchased it! I honestly wish I could return it, but I obviously know it’s too late for that. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this has been quite a big disappointment as I thought I had found something that would actually work! ... show more
