I don't have a lot of extra space, and I can't afford a $10,000 wooden sauna, so I got this and its working great. It can be left out back or in my basement, and if I need to move it, I can just pick it up and put it somewhere else! The hot steam really helps with training and recovery and I'm glad I have this to help me stay young.

So I was skeptical at first. But it is actually super easy to put together, and after about 10-12 mins of it running it is already toasty! There is a remote to be able to control the heat and time. Comes with a chair and foot massager. Pros: easy, not huge obviously I have it in my garage right now. I’m 5’3 but my husband who is 6’0 stood in it comfortably. The cons: the chair is a little small, I mean you can’t fit a full on recliner but a little more chair would be nice. The remote is an awesome function but you have to wipe the window or stick your hand out of the window or it doesn’t catch the sensor. None of these things are like deal breakers though. Honestly the most relaxing post workout spot is my garage now haha!
