Great if you’re on a budget and want cool water but it does not get ice cold and there is no temperature control. Buttons feel a little dinky but work just fine. I’ll probably shell out some extra dollars for a better quality one and sell this one once I’m no longer on a budget. I was going to give this 3 stars but one upgrade from my older, better quality cooler is the part that pops open the cap to the water when installing a new bottle works much better than my old one with no spill or mess. ... show more

The cooler works fine and the hot water is just below boiling. The only cons I have is it’s a little slow in its output, but otherwise a good machine. I replaced a bottom unit with this one. The bottom units have a tube that must be inserted all the way to the bottom of the 5 gallon bottle. The bottlers fill their bottles to the brim forcing you to pour out water out of the approximately 42 pound full container then placing it below your waist to floor level going against all ergonomic safety. ... show more

The water line was completely undone. It was not assembled at the factory. This was not caused by shipping. This cooler was packed very securely in three boxes. Water poured out of the back of the unite. Not a drip, I mean a stream. After looking at the back of the unit I could see the water line was there but not attached. I took the back apart and attached the water line. That was not the end of the problems although that fixed the water leak. The cold water side functioned just fine but the hot water side never did do anything but produce room temperature water. I am very disappointed with this unit and would not recommend it to anyone after reviewing other folks that have very similar experiences. I think I will try to return it but because I have worked on it I suppose I am now stuck with it. Its a shame an American company can't do better. Update: The Good news is the cooler was replaced very fast and the replacement works great. I am pleased that the return and replacement went very smooth. Great job Amazon! ... show more
