Don't knock it till you try it. I used to think it was impossible to be on a treadmill while working at your desk. How wrong I was! This been a boon for my health, well-being and psyche! There's no looking back once you feel this good and yes I'm getting my work done and its high quality output too! I wrote this while nearly walking at a brisk pace. The reason I bought this conveyor belt for my UpLift desk is I could see the belt rollers on both ends and it had a remote which is all I needed. The vibration feature was a surprise and a delight. Received within 2 day delivery. Packaged well. Lightweight so easy to setup with 1 person, box was not overly cumbersome but eat your Wheaties for breakfast. This day 1 will return if anything goes left.

So far I absolutely love this walking/vibration pad. You literally take it out of the box and plug it in and push the on button and it works so easily. Smooth set up. Easy to move around, lighter weight. Worth the money. I bought 2 of these. One of them is very quiet. But the other one does make a louder fan noise sometimes. Not sure why. Must have gotten a dud cause it did not turn work. Powered on but would blink through the settings but not let me selecr walking or vibration. For $120 I guess I shouldnt have had such high hopes. Returning ASAP
