I'm kind of a fan of popcorn using various homemade spice mixtures. I use this to shake out un-popped kernels when taking the last of the popcorn out of a pot. This one has holes that are quite a bit bigger than my previous one, so it serves the purpose better (previous holes were about 0.31 inches in diameter, this one's holes are about 0.4). It's also a bit deeper than the other one I was using and it sits nicely over a standard kitchen garbage pale for pouring the popcorn into it. I used to have one where the handle folding inward to take up a little less space, and that handle didn't heat up like this one did, but apart from that, this is great. We primarily use it for grilling shrimp, zucchini, and other small things. It's easy to use and makes grilling sides to keep from heating up the house really simple and fast.     • Great for nokedli!
I did not buy this for its intended purpose. I bought it because, as a Hungarian, I felt ashamed that I'd made it this far in life without a proper pan in which to make Hungarian dumpling noodles, nokedli. Spatzle makers just won't cut it for nokedli because their holes are too small. We make our dough thicker and we like our noodles more robust. This is fairly nonstick, so cleaning off the dried dough is pretty easy. The holes make for a good-sized dumpling. Compared to my grandma's nokedli pan, these holes are fairly similar in diameter. And because of the curved shape, it works with different pot diameters. Just place it over boiling water, spoon in your dough, and stir it through. One word of caution: because of its curved shape, stick to very tall stock pots. Otherwise, the pan is too close to the water, which starts to cook the dough before it makes it through the pan. As to whether this works as a grill wok, I have no idea. But as a noodle maker, I'm super thrilled! ... show more

Truly non-stick, and won't allow veggies to fall out of the pan. My husband likes to "flip" and toss the veggies while cooking, and he doesn't lose any because of the sloped sides. He seasons the veggies and adds a little olive oil in a gallon ziploc bag, shakes it up a bit, then tosses the veggies into the pan on the grill beside whatever else he's cooking. This is his favorite new grill item. I love the taste of the grilled veggies, and that it makes him so darned happy. ;) ... show more

I gave this as a gift to my brother and he said that he really likes it. He likes how deep it is, overall size is good, the length of the handle and the hole sizes are just what he wanted to grill his food.

    • Amazing accessory for grilling small pieces of marinaded meat or seafood!
This was exactly what I needed to ensure my Korean BBQ prepared bulgogi and brisket and pork belly slices didn’t fall in between my grill grates! Amazing product. Sturdy! Non stick! And the handles did not get hot at all! Wow! Get this if you want to grill in a basket!

Light weight, cleans up easily. Much easier to use than the basket type we had been using. Perfect for veggies and seafood on the grill. Considering buying a second one. Found that a silicone sleeve, sold for cast iron skillets, works out pretty well on this..... the handle does tend to get a bit warm. ... show more
