The media could not be loaded. At first, I was skeptical about buying this type of faucet for cheap. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. This has been a great faucet so far. we have been using it for about 6 months now without any complaints. Pros: -color and finish is beautiful -Spray feature is strong and works well -has great flow -the handle has a nice firm feel like many of the higher end brands -the flexibility and range is excellent -Installation was very easy Cons: I honestly do not have any cons about this faucet. We just bought and installed this faucet yesterday. It looks amazing and feels heavy and durable. The only part that doesn't seem like it would be durable, is the button. Its plastic and sounds cheap when you click in on. Other than that, we are super happy with our choice.

This is a long term review five years after buying the faucet. It looks and works great, but after 5 years the switch between jet and spray stopped automatically returning to jet after each use. Not a big problem, since the switching between modes still worked. However when checking my order for the part number so I could order spare parts to repair it I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. a couple of emails and a photograph of the batch number sticker attached to the cold water line and they send a new head which took less than a minute to install and now I have a perfect faucet once again.
