We've had this for about 6 months now. I like the look of it and the finish seems good, no wear marks on the handle or sprayer from daily use. The spray function returns to normal if you turn it off, then back on again, and does not stay on with a low flow. The biggest issue I have is it does not return to the holder automatically. If you're used to the ones that do and either accidentally drop it or miss when you return the handle to the holder, you're probably going to get sprayed. The springiness of the top will send it flailing. It's happened enough that I'm looking for a new one. No real qualms about quality, no issues installing. The hose length is adequate and on par with others. If the lack of retuning to the holder isn't an issue, it's a nice faucet. ... show more

This works very well and is fairly easy to install. The only thing that doesn't work as well as desired is the weight that is used to force the hose to retract after it's stretched out - it seems to get caught up on occasion so that I have to tug the hose once or twice to loosen it up. But I don't know if that's an outcome of the simple design or an outcome of the cluttered situation below my sink so I feel that I have nothing to complain about. ... show more
