I ordered a men's size 9 and these fit a bit snug. I'm hoping they feel better after wearing them for a few weeks. The upper is a breathable mesh material that works well for ventilation. I've noticed this especially while riding on my motorcycle in comparison to my Oboz mid shoes. The out sole has good traction and looks like it will hold up to everyday use. I don't plan on hiking in these so I can't say how well they would do on a trail. My only complaint is the super thin laces. I was a bit underwhelmed with shoe. But given the fact that the price is right I still feel compelled to give a four star rating. I would recommend this shoe for light use but certainly not for someone who requires substantial arch or ankle support. It has a light build construction and is by no means a shoe built to last. I just got these so I can't speak to longevity. I wear a 13. They fit like a normal 13. They are very comfortable. They offer a decent amount of support over a normal low top sneaker. These have a slightly dark blue hue to them, which is ok but I expected black.

My original review is below. Here is my update: I reordered a half size larger. The length is good but they feel a bit wide. I’d I wear them with thick socks and lass up the mid sections tightly it fit fine. They’re comfortable after a few gym sessions and mile to two miles of walking. The laces are oddly thin to the point they’re uncomfortable. I will probably replace them Original review: As other reviewers have said, they run small. I typically wear an 11-1/2 in most brands including other ASICS and the Amazon recommendation was for that side. But when they arrived it was obvious I’d need a 12 or perhaps a 12-1/2. Other than that the quality seemed good. They looked like the photos. But I am returning them. I may or may not get a larger size. If I do I’ll update this review ... show more
