This product worked a miracle for me. I had lightened my hair to a level 8, but it had a lot of red in it. I tried several other level 8 toners and even dyes. None of them would cover the red. I was going to have to go darker to a level 7 or 6. I really did not want to do that so I thought as a last ditch effort I would try this. This is a level eight Demi permanent Color. It completely covered and got rid of all of the redness in my level eight blonde when nothing else would. I will forever use this stuff. First pic is the “after”. I used the Frozen Sands.

Dark, funky color on my hair. Don't go by the photo that is included in the product description, go by the color shown on the box front, but darker. My hair is now the color of packaged turkey gravy, so I'll be washing it multiple times a day to try to get it out, and I'll be looking for a different product to achieve that light ash blonde I was hoping for. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of 1 is that it is a nice, thick cream that applies easily, the price and the fact that there was absolutely no smell and it's supposed to be a more natural product.

My hair is bleached and is a range of level 8-10. It has gone brassy and so I wanted to ease back into my natural dark blonde hair color. I followed directions and this did nothing to my hair, not even a tint. I have been attempting to request a refund but I don’t know if it’s not going through or what as I haven’t heard back yet or received a refund. The box was kinda beat up when I received it not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I'm so sad to say this product is ineffective. I really had high hopes as I needed fragrance free products. Unfortunately, it didn't cover the gray and mage little difference in the color of my hair.
