This adjustable weight bench set is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It includes the adjustable rack for bench and squats, and a comfortable padded weight bench with 2-inch dumbbell storage. Having the versatility to do flat bench, inclines and squats by simply taking away the bench is a bonus. Note, it will not do decline bench. As far as stability, the construction feels solid and has no problem handling heavier plates. The non-slip feet help keep everything in place during workouts. For the assembly, the instructions were clear, and I had everything assembled in about an hour. I would recommend getting your socket wrench set to speed things up. The compact design is space-efficient and works well for my area without taking up too much room. For the price, the quality and features are excellent. It meets all my workout needs so the value is there. Overall, this weight bench set is a great addition for my workout routines. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their workout space without wanting to break the bank.

My 13yr old son did the assembly, so pretty easy to put together overall (use a deep socket w extension for the storage bars). The storage bars are NOT strong enough for heavier weights. Screws will/do bend. Seat has good cushion and feels sturdy. Pads on foot bar are good. I wish the safety catch on the top of the frame for the benchpress bar was a bit taller. Overall a good purchase and would strongly consider if had to purchase again or recommend.

Overall the bench with the barbell rack is workable. It appears to be strong enough to hold the weight necessary for lifting. However, I have two main problems with this bench: 1) It is advertised as also being able to be used as a squat rack. I squat around 300lbs, and I noticed at much lighter weight, when squatting only about 165lbs, when setting the weight back on the barbell rack, the end of the bench with the rubber round base tilt upward if you’re not careful in setting the weight straight down and not hitting the back of the holder. It freaked me out in thinking that the bench would tilt over and take me with it in that awkward position. The manufacturer should have extended the base near the rack on the outer end of each side out another 2-3” and this potential risk would be mitigated. In other words, the base at the bottom of the rack is too short and could cause the bench to tilt over when squatting because your body is not holding the bench down. 2) As another reviewer pointed out in his video, the bench is not positioned far enough under the rack for incline presses on even the first level. I can normally press around 200lbs in incline, but using this bench with the incline on just the first notch I can hardly pick up 115lbs because it is too far back and puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders to reach back to pick up any serious weight. I have compensated for this by lifting lighter weight using the barbell (which is disappointing) and then immediately following up with heavier dumbbells (supersets). The bench should have been constructed to be positioned further under the rack when putting it in the incline position on the first notch. Hopefully, the manufacturer will take note of these complaints, as I feel they are valid, and seek to make changes for the better. I hope this review helps others as they look to buy the weight bench that works for them.

Seems pretty sturdy dig the bench,for me personally only thing I did not like was the upper bar with the 3 holes, it was in the way of doing bicep curls, couldn't get a full extension, so I modified mine and cut it off, this way it is not in my way while doing curls with bar or dumbbells. Literally took 45 seconds to do. I feel it made the bench ten times better, I can still do leg extensions while sitting, I can't do reverse leg while laying on stomach. Pleased on how easy it was to put together could, make sure screws are marked better my packs were marked different that instructions overall a decent bench for the price even more so no that I modified it.
