This little printer works great,prints fast and clear. Loading labels is very easy. Connecting to my tablet via the app was quick and easy. Two things to be aware of: if you get stacked labels instead of a roll, they will sit behind the printer, while the roll sits inside, more compact. The QR codes don't work, there's a qr code for setup, didn't work, qr code to download the app, didn't work, about 6 qr codes, none of them worked. My phone is new, didn't work, my tablet is old, didn't work. Setup was very simple, didn't necessarily need them, but annoying to have a qr code for Setup that you can't use. Very happy with printer, so easy to print labels, and so clear. Delighted that its thermal, and no ink cartridges to buy. I've had this for over a month, still very happy with it, highly recommended.

OMG!!’ Great product. Not only is this great for shipping labels, it can be used for anything you need labeled or categorized. We are holding a basket raffle and we are labeling each raffle basket with a list of items in the basket. So easy to connect and I was able to do everything on my phone through the app. The app has tutorials on how to use the machine which made it a quick learn on how to use it. Highly recommended!

This printer works great and is a fantastic value for the money. I really appreciate how the printer holds a roll of labels inside the printer. A lot of them in this price range require a separate stand or holder for the labels to feed into the printer. The print quality is also very crisp , bold, and clear.

I’ve needed a thermal printer for a long time. Dealing with eBay, Etsy and shipping various packages to family and friends has made life so much easier. Instead of having to go to the post office directly, I can easily ship from home. this thermal printer requires very little set up and all instructions are included. There’s even an application for your smart phone, which you connect to it, to print your labels. For those reading this, this is an honest and genuine review, and if you’re new at thermal printers, this requires no ink as long as you have thermal paper it requires heat to print on your paper from the printer.

Works well for amazon and etsy labels. I really like using the rolls since they hold a decent amount of labels and is a cleaner look and takes up less space. Makes it easier to put away when not being used. Bluetooth works fine but I prefer using the cable to my computer. Overall, nice quick thermal printer
