Only when the circuit is cut off, the battery will automatically reactivate after 1 second(No longer need a higher voltage input to activate). Besides, charging low temperature cut-off function will cut off the battery when the temperature below 32F to ensure safe use and battery performance.

We purchased two of these 100 AH batteries through Amazon from Powermall. We were making the upgrade for our RV from AGM to LiFePo4. While one battery arrived perfectly fine, and took a charge immediately, the other one arrived bricked and stayed that way. It registered 11.7 volts but would not accept a charge nor would it discharge. We followed all the guidance in the instructions for trying to revive the battery, but nothing worked. Using the Amazon website to send a message to Powermall about our troubles with the battery, they immediately issued a return label for the battery. We sent the battery back using the return label - they then asked if wanted a refund or a replacement. We chose replacement and had a new battery in no time at all. The replacement battery took a charge and is now installed with the other battery in our RV - functioning perfectly. At no extra cost at all, just a little bit of time and a trip to the FedEx center. This rating is for Powermall more than the battery. The batteries have been in use for less than a month, but they are working exactly as expected. If there are any updates, I will post them here. Advice for purchasing LiFePO4 batteries: Upon receiving the battery, use a LiFePO4 charger (not LA charger) to charge before use. Do not put into service for a least an hour after removing from charger. If planning parallel installation, balance the battery bank for 24 hrs prior to putting into service. Watch for swelling during the first day or so after putting into service. Follow the seller's instructions if you have a problem with the battery, it was a painless experience for us. Used this battery in a full solar shed power supply. Running some LED shop lights inside and wired with 120V outlets as well. So far, have barely tapped into the potential. If I leave the inverter on when I close up at night with no draw on it other than the inverter itself, it will drop from 13.4 to about 13 by the time sun starts hitting the panels again. In the daytime, with all the lights on and my phone charging, I'm drawing 80 watts from 300 watts of available solar. Batteries stay fully charged during the day. I'm blown away with how light these are for the size. I put them on a shelf up high in the corner out of my way. Highly recommended for anyone in need of this sort of set up. If I had a camper I'd definitely swap these into it instead of heavy lead acid. ... show more

I got a screaming deal on this battery and it meets my needs. I can't speak to longevity or durability since those would be judged by how long and well it works and hopefully by the time it's used up, I will have forgotten where it came from. Exactly as described and what I needed for LiveScope, so far it’s perfect, only a small fraction the cost of the “name” versions. I cannot fathom anything about it that could be any better… for this price or for 10x this price. Hope they don’t jack up the prices as most folks do when they start selling. No it’s not supply and demand. Diamonds might be but not these batteries, it’s about GREED and these folks are selling a great battery at a great price. Only 1 speck of anything close to a complaint was I lost my 2 plastic covers that go over the terminals for shipping, I’m sure 99% of folks throw them away anyway. Although their CS was good about talking with me they wanted $15 for 2 more. They’re not .25 worth of plastic, they could have sent me 2 for nearly nothing but oh well, like I said I accidentally threw them away so it was my fault. ... show more

Battery does not work for my application. After contacting support (if you want to call it that) was informed that this battery will not work for cranking applications. Also be warned that if asked to provide pictures of the problem it appears that they are only collecting evidence that the battery has been used and it’s now not returnable. How would you ever know if it works unless it's used? Lesson learned here; there will not be another WEIZE product ever allowed at my location. Beware and go elsewhere... ... show more
