We have had this unit now just shy of one year. Item arrived quickly and packaged perfectly. Setup was ok and their tech support was able to help with the minor issues we had setting it up. They are overseas and the delay in response was expected based on the prior reviews. The unit worked great for about 11.5 months. Amazingly, just before the "warranty" expired it started having issues. Broken cleaning grate that popped when we started to do a print. Their tech support THEN informed us, that "Any part that comes in contact with the ink is not covered under the 1 year warranty" REALLY??? This is a printer that USES INK and they are not going to cover an item that broke which had nothing do with ink flow or the actual printing. Just prevented it from doing so, and the parts they told us to get to replace (they strongly suggested we replace 3 expensive parts) were not available. Needless to say, we need a DTF printer so we purchased another one from a different manufacturer. I would not recommend Procolored just based on the support experience and the unit breaking down in less than a full year. I would give it 1 star just for the support aspect, but when the item was working, we were happy with it. ... show more

    • Poor quality of product
We were able to install with the help of remote help but so far all the products made have been poor quality. We have tried using a variety of shirt material types to see which materials it worked best with and it has still been failures and a waste of money. The transfers crack and peel, they do not last which is not acceptable. We are highly dissatisfied and disappointed, we are looking for a refund for all of the wasted time effort and money on this product. ... show more

I bought this machine in February, and I just love it. I was looking for one for a while to start my business and found the perfect one. If you are looking for an amazing DFT machine to purchase; this is the look to purchase. Procolored is the best and their customer service is outstanding.
