I give it 5 star because the seller took action right away to resolve the heat reflector issue due to shipping caused damage ( Big Dent ). They replied email right away and ship out a replacement reflector from China within 24 hours. That's the best post sale service I'd encounter. It was harder to put together then expected, all of the wrong screws fit in each others holes and they're not labeled clearly, but once together looks nice on our patio. Be careful of extremely sharp edges on the top metal heating element, consider assembling with gloves. Gives off heat if you're very close, but due to glass tube heater type it's not as hot as other types, but good for what it is and for the price, glad we purchased it. We also saw the same thing in patio stores for almost double the price! ... show more

I like the heater and it's great value for money. The instructions were a little unclear, which resulted in time wasted but once I figured out which hole to put which screw into, it came together pretty quickly. They really should consider increasing the size of the pictures and the labels to make it easier to follow but, all in all, I'm really happy with the purchase. ... show more

I bought this model based on a local restaurant that had one that impressed me. The height of the unit at almost 7 ft.! You need a small step ladder to reach the top to install and remove the included zip cover. Easy to assemble and use. Generates a beautiful column of fire.. *if* you open up the throttle to wide open. Takes a little while to put out decent heat unlike a fire pit.
