DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT, NO RETURN POLICY The PAS 5 Level doesn't work & the ebike shakes, plus PAS 4 & PAS 5 Level is the same speed and only reaches 33-34Mph never 38Mph unless your going down hill with the throttle. I dont like the due to them features and they won't give e me my money back and asking for a video as ride at 30mph or more to prove the problem and that's dangerous with only one hand, Hell No👎 also, it sucks that, when going down hill, it loses speed, just can't drift and throttle is needed to keep momentum or maintain speed.     • Very poor warranty
I had parts missing and within the first month had trouble with the pedal arm falling off. Also had the front forks bearings were not tight. Warranty is harder than heck to find and worthless when you find it. I have tried a couple times for warranty and heard nothing back. At this time I would not recommend this product unless you are planning to spend a lot of money on repairs because the service of this company is not good. ... show more

Get the bigger battery 48v25ah is good but I like speed so the 52v32ah would been a lill better and last longer.

This is my third E bike. I have bought through Amazon. This E bike is built very well and operates for the most part very well. however, the one problem I have with this bike is that its gearing is too high. It gives up power for speed. Bike is Hella fast specially in 2 wheel mode. But bike showed up with backlash in the steering column and adyer 28 miles of mostly pedaling.. the bike has a permenant e01. The seller is responding but i cannot fix the pre load on the steering since its a pressed system. This bike could easily.be a 5 if everything was ok. ... show more

Professional assembly is highly recommended! The bike is heavy and the center of gravity is a bit high, but this is Fun on two wheels! Tons of power and more than enough battery to drive the local mountains both on and off road.
