Decent size for what we need it for since we just started trying this. It dehydrates the food well and is actually quicker than it says. It’s easy to take apart and clean. It’s also quiet and the temperature doesn’t get too hot.

This cute little dehydrator is PERFECT for drying my garden herbs! It takes very little counter space and is very quiet when running. The stainless steel is attactive and looks nice on the counter. I feel like it is an excellent dehydrator for the price. It is so easy to operate and really works for smaller jobs. I have not tried it for jerky or fruit leather....and probably will not. I bought some extra silicone mats from another seller and cut them to size to fit this little dehydrator so I could use every shelf when dehydrating my smaller herbs. One word of advise - if you're wanting to dehydrate "wetter" fruits like bananas, be prepared to follow the manufacturer's instructions, not conventional "recipes". This isn't the highest powered dehydrator you can get, so it takes longer for some things. It is, however, PERFECT for herbs, apples and onions.

This is a small dehydrator, but it works well. My wife used it for dehydrating bananas and they came out perfect. The smaller size means it isn't taking up as much counter space and it still has a good dehydrating capacity because of the stackable trays. It's super easy to use, and seems to be plenty durable. My wife is very happy with it and is looking forward to fewer thrown-out rotten bananas and other dried fruits and mushrooms for storage.

You have to open the door ALL the way back to get the trays in and out. They also misalign quite frequently. If your intention is finding a dehydrator for cookies, this is not it. Several of mine ended up sliding out. As far as the dehydration, it worked fine.

This worked great. I ordered it to dehydrate my placenta to encapsulate it. It did an awesome job and wasn't too loud at all. Light, easy to use and easy to clean. Worth the money I spent in it.
