My husband is in heaven with this machine. He loves everything slushie. Great quality and great size. Easy to use and easy to clean. Functions as it's supposed to. Does not leak or drip. Very sturdy. We use it for juices and sodas and they come out great. Some juices will make more of a smoothie texture ex. pineapple juice but still fantastic. Machine does require that beverage has sugar in it or it doesn't freeze well so sugar free beverages are out. ... We did have a problem with the first machine we received as it continued to have an error code but husband contacted Ninja and they troubleshot on phone with him on FaceTime. When realized it was an internal error that couldn't be fixed easily, they sent him a new one with no hassles. They didn't make us send back the broken one and just had us dispose of it ourselves. Customer service is fantastic. The product and overall experience with it made the product worth the money spent.

This is a need and not a want. If you have been debating on getting one or have seen any reviews with smiles across social media, just go ahead. We've had our machine since mid-February and it's being used daily, even if it's cold out. So far I've made both sugar infused, sugar-free and adult drinks without issue. My diabetic husband can finally have that coke slush or milkshake without sugar. The possibilities are endless with this machine. From coke slushies to margaritas to milkshakes to frappé to frozen electrolyte drinks. It's for the entire family from young to old. For sugar-free use allulose. Works perfect. For those lactose intolerant, use whatever milk substitute you want. Great machine for everyday use or in the summer months around the pool or even parties. Before you buy up alot of ingredients to use it, you probably have what you need already in your kitchen. Milk, cocoa powder, coffee and creamer, sugar or another sugar substitute, vanilla extract, fruit juices, colas, etc. You don't have to buy up every product you see online just to get started (I first thought we did, but you really don't need much). It's not a big as you think either. Ours is in the corner by the Ninja XL which is next to the KitchenAid mixer. It's tall and skinny but no too tall. The footprint is thinner than my mixer amg just a tad bit taller and deeper. It's an appliance they can stay out on the counter. I do recommend the 88 ounce vs the smaller version for more functions and capacity. If you think about it, 88 ounces isn't much. That's a little over 4-20 ounce colas. It is very very quick to use, doesn't take hours but less than 30 minutes for most everything we've thrown at it. Margarita premix you do have to dilute it a tad for the alcohol volume, use either water or sprite. We've used both and either one is fine. It's not diluted and still a strong drink. Hope this helps you decide on getting one, we are ABSOLUTELY loving this new addition to the kitchen. It has became just as important as an airfryer or can opener in our kitchen. I thought it was just a want and my husband wasn't sure, it made us a believer. We're going to save alot of money making our own milkshakes, margaritas, hydration drinks and coke slushies. A $2 2-liter cola vs a $3 large slushie and you do the math or a $15 frozen margarita at a restaurant vs 8 at home for less than $20. $7 milkshake for less than $1.25 at home. •For those wondering about staining, we've yet to see the first stain. •Super easy to clean, no mess and you can clean every crevice. •Easy to operate, a child can operate it. •Clean lines so it's pretty on your countertop. •Super easy recipes. Most are dump and go. Up to a 12 hour run time on your frozen drinks, so make your mix and let it run.

I can’t say enough good things about the Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker! This machine has transformed my summer and made me the hero of every gathering. It’s so easy to use—just pour in your liquid (16-64 oz), pick one of the five awesome presets, and let the RapidChill Technology do its thing. In about 20 minutes, you’ve got a perfectly smooth, flavorful slushie or frozen drink with no ice needed, so the taste stays bold and undiluted. I’ve made everything from strawberry slushies to creamy coffee frappés, and the adjustable chill settings let me dial in the exact texture I want. Cleanup is a breeze with the rinse cycle and dishwasher-safe parts, though you need to be a bit careful with the catch basin to avoid spills. It’s a bit heavy (25 pounds) and takes up some counter space, but the sleek design looks great, and the no-drip spout is a nice touch. It’s not silent, but it’s quieter than a blender. It is hot where I live in the summer and this Slushi machine is really bringing back childhood memories drinking slushies. It is perfect for virgin drinks and frozen beverages. It is simple to use and tastes so good. I do not drink alcohol but I am sure it will make great frozen mixed drinks as well. It makes Slushi's quickly and it makes up to 88 ounces of drink. The machine is easy to clean.

My husband is in love with this thing. He has fun making cocktails. My favorite is the lemondrop. It gets nice a thick and slushi. The machine is great. You pour it in and it works. There are no leaks and it comes apart easy to clean and put back together. It's a bit pricey though. Thats my only complaint and reason for 4 star.
