If you have ever dreamed of having a 7/11 slushie machine parked right in your kitchen congratulations this product is basically that dream come true. This thing is so easy it practically makes the slushies itself. I threw in some Coke hit play and like magic I had a frosty masterpiece without even breaking a sweat or leaving the house. Honestly the hardest part was deciding whether to make another round or just sip in silent appreciation. The self-cleaning function deserves a standing ovation. It is like having a tiny cleaning fairy who lives inside the machine and never complains. Plus it means no more wrestling with sticky parts in the sink while questioning my life choices. My family has gone full slushie cult. The machine is running more often than my neighbor’s lawn mower and nobody is complaining. Frozen margaritas frappés milkshakes we have basically turned every liquid in the fridge into a frozen delight. After a few weeks I cannot believe we ever lived without this glorious invention. TLDR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars This machine turned my house into Slushie HQ and my only regret is not buying it sooner.

Update: The service department reached out to me and made it right. The new machine is an upgrade and works like a charm! No issues and because of the amazing customer I would order again! I received my machine and was excited to use it. I let it sit overnight before plugging it in. I followed the instructions exactly and kept getting an OP error code. I made sure it was locked and the blade was installed correctly as the troubleshooting guide instructed me to. I realized that there was something not connecting. I looked at a few videos and realized it was missing a small plastic piece on the back of the container, so it was not registered that it was locked. I was excited to use it so my husband put a small piece of foil in the hole and of course voila we were in Business (so I thought). I put the exact amount of ingredients according to the instructions as I again watched videos that showed it wouldn't work if the ingredients were not the correct ratio. I let it run for an hour and a half on cocktail and never did it even get cold, let alone slush. I will follow my first mind next time and not ignore the negative reviews.

I love this thing! It was super easy to set up and start using right away. Cleaning is simple, which makes it even better. It’s a great party appliance for all ages—everyone enjoys it. It freezes pretty quickly, usually within about 15–20 minutes depending on what you’re making. I also purchased the Amazon warranty just in case I run into any issues. I’ve been using it every weekend since I bought it, and it’s been a great addition!

The first two projects were failure and semi success. This is is another semi success.?Mr T Margarita Mis, 12 oz plus tequila , 4 oz for N 11.1% alchol. After 1 hour on cocktail it was only watery slush. Oh cold enough to give a headache but not frozen! Almost rest to quit and send it back. But one more try. Review #3 - SuccessAt last perfection. I used the machine it was designed for. This is a party machine, not really intended for the individual. The center silver drum is the freezer and when you only use the minimum not much liquid touches it. So failure on individual drinks! But the way to do it is to give it a good load. You can always save the rest and process it later. My favorite drink is a classic margarita. I use a full liter bottle of Mr. t’s mix and a bottle of tequila. This is about 11%. In an half hour you will need a spoon to drink it! Ole. This is a keeper.
