First I want to start off by saying I did read reviews. This one sounded promising and I figured sense it was cheaper than the ninja I’d give it a try. Set it up, let it sit for 24 hours, just decided to try it out. It’s been 2 hours and it’s still liquid. It doesn’t get cold enough. Live chatting gets you nowhere. Also I live HOURS from the nearest UPS/mail carrier. So returning things from Amazon are a pain!! I also don’t have hours to sit on the phone or live chat repeating myself over and over on why it doesn’t work. Also when I received the package a part of the box was soaking wet. From what?! Idk. It was beautiful outside without a rain drop in sight. Not sure if the wet thing means my box was thrown, tossed and something broke inside, because again idk what it went through during shipping. Packaging was put through the wringer but product didn’t look bad. It is loud, and doesn’t cool at all. So it’s a possibility either way. Regardless I’d just go in store and buy the ninja. Save yourself from having to re package all this and send it back and having kids upset that they can’t have a slushy.

This has been a fun experience for my family. Plenty of recipes in the book or online. Easy to clean and assemble. I like that the parts can go in the dishwasher. The machine is heavy and takes up some space on my counter. We put a towel underneath it so that it slides around easier.

I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus. While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel. I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had. I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support! Thank you again Daisy and Inoviva for an excellent product and support!

Just pour in the liquid and select the preset mode to make a perfect smoothie. This design is really convenient, especially for families who like to prepare drinks quickly. The device is very simple to use, the touch interface is intuitive, and the five preset modes can meet almost all needs, whether it is making alcoholic beverages or milkshakes and juices. It is very convenient. The machine is fast and has powerful compression technology. It can make a glass of smoothie in about 15-20 minutes.
