I love this thing! It was super easy to set up and start using right away. Cleaning is simple, which makes it even better. It’s a great party appliance for all ages—everyone enjoys it. It freezes pretty quickly, usually within about 15–20 minutes depending on what you’re making. I also purchased the Amazon warranty just in case I run into any issues. I’ve been using it every weekend since I bought it, and it’s been a great addition!

I recently purchased this INOVIVA juicer/smoothie maker and I am very satisfied with it! First of all, its biggest highlight is that it does not require ice cubes. Just pour in the liquid and select the preset mode to make a perfect smoothie. This design is really convenient, especially for families who like to prepare drinks quickly. The device is very simple to use, the touch interface is intuitive, and the five preset modes can meet almost all needs, whether it is making alcoholic beverages or milkshakes and juices. It is very convenient. The machine is fast and has powerful compression technology. It can make a glass of smoothie in about 15-20 minutes. At the same time, the power consumption is also very low, which impressed me. What I like most is that it comes with a cleaning function, and I almost don’t spend extra time cleaning it after use. The large capacity of 68oz is also enough to meet the needs of a family, and it is more than enough even for parties. Overall, this machine is excellent in terms of design, function and user experience, and it is worth recommending to everyone who likes smoothies or cold drinks. If you are looking for a professional smoothie machine, this is a great choice!

Worked fast on our first try. The noise level wasn’t bad. The only issue we had was dispensing the l last bit of slushie. It was difficult to get out the last bit. Over all we are very pleased. Keep in mind we just got it. Only used once so far, but I’m sure we will be using it more often than I expected.

Finally I got the INOVIVA Slushie Machine, and it has quickly become a favorite in our household! From its sleek design to its impressive performance, this frozen drink maker delivers everything it promises and more. What we love the most is that no ice is needed—you just pour in your liquid, press a preset button, and let it work its magic. The one-touch operation and five preset modes make it incredibly simple to use. Whether we're making classic fruit smoothies, milkshakes, or fun margaritas for the adults, the texture is consistently smooth thanks to the 360° rotating blades. The machine is fast and energy-efficient, producing perfectly frozen drinks in as little as 15 minutes. Even our kids can't get enough of it—every weekend they line up to try new slushie flavors. It's been a hit during family movie nights and backyard gatherings. The actual capacity is 68oz, but we follow the recommended 48oz max fill for best results, and it never disappoints. Overall, this is an excellent investment for anyone who loves slushies or wants to add some frozen fun to their drinks. It's fun, reliable, easy to use, and a total crowd-pleaser. Highly recommend for families, especially with kids!

Had this machine for just over a year, and it’s growing mold in places you cannot reach to clean (the back lip of the barrel where even bristles from a bottle brush cannot reach and inside the handle mechanism that does not come apart). I’ve tried every cleaning hack I could possible think of. Finally, I reached out to Inovivia support and was told it was outside of warranty (by two months). I said I understand that, but I just need to purchase a barrel and there’s no option for that. I originally paid $260 and barely used it two summers. Now, it’s looking like I’ll have to throw it away. Super disappointing and I won’t be buying from this company again if I can’t purchase replacement parts for their design issues.

I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus. While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel. I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had. I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support! Thank you again Daisy and Inoviva for an excellent product and support!
