My husband is in heaven with this machine. He loves everything slushie. Great quality and great size. Easy to use and easy to clean. Functions as it's supposed to. Does not leak or drip. Very sturdy. We use it for juices and sodas and they come out great. Some juices will make more of a smoothie texture ex. pineapple juice but still fantastic. Machine does require that beverage has sugar in it or it doesn't freeze well so sugar free beverages are out. ... We did have a problem with the first machine we received as it continued to have an error code but husband contacted Ninja and they troubleshot on phone with him on FaceTime. When realized it was an internal error that couldn't be fixed easily, they sent him a new one with no hassles. They didn't make us send back the broken one and just had us dispose of it ourselves. Customer service is fantastic. The product and overall experience with it made the product worth the money spent.

I love this thing. I have made lattes, slushy ice teas, fun wine slushies, and milkshakes. So easy to use. Not super loud while running. Easy to clean. It's not tiny but it will not take all your counter space. It has not over heated when running for a bit and it's very well built. I am very happy with this purchase.

I can’t say enough good things about the Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker! This machine has transformed my summer and made me the hero of every gathering. It’s so easy to use—just pour in your liquid (16-64 oz), pick one of the five awesome presets, and let the RapidChill Technology do its thing. In about 20 minutes, you’ve got a perfectly smooth, flavorful slushie or frozen drink with no ice needed, so the taste stays bold and undiluted. I’ve made everything from strawberry slushies to creamy coffee frappés, and the adjustable chill settings let me dial in the exact texture I want. Cleanup is a breeze with the rinse cycle and dishwasher-safe parts, though you need to be a bit careful with the catch basin to avoid spills. It’s a bit heavy (25 pounds) and takes up some counter space, but the sleek design looks great, and the no-drip spout is a nice touch. It’s not silent, but it’s quieter than a blender. Wasn’t for me, personally. Got it for my mom’s birthday, but she says she loves it, it works great, and the slushies are delicious. It takes up a bit of room on the counter, but it’s still worth it. It’s also easy to use.

Flawless slushie drinks for kids and adult beverages. I grew up on 7-11 slurpies and here they are in my kitchen. Makes anything, exept pure water, into a slush consistency of your choosing. Temperature changes are pretty quick to respond. Full tank (64 oz) in 60 min. I have made three batches and had no problem. Cleanup is bachelor friendly. Unit is 25 lbs empty. Of course, nobody understands "this side up" in shipping anymore as the unit arrived on its side. Had to let it stand upright for 2 hrs before plugging it in, as per the instructions. Apparently, Ninja understands shippers.

If you want to make literally any liquid into a slushie, this is your item. If you think you will use it once or twice and then keep it on your counter for a few months before you find a place alongside the other pandemic kitchen gadgets, you're probably right. If you're okay with both of these things, it is a really really good device for making tasty frozen-ish treats. We have made fraps, juice slushes, frozen cola, milkshakes, and countless other things from the recipe book and they have all come out fantastic and very quickly. There is a mix of sugar and fat content that you need to achieve to make successful slushies, but the recipe book breaks it down pretty well, and there are tons of reddit posts with tips and tricks on how to make great refreshments. Our most used function was pouring in a jug of fruit juice and hitting go. Once you've served it all, it's as easy as running some hot water through the little loading window, pouring it out the front, and taking it apart and wiping all the surfaces down. The only reason I docked the review one star is because if you use any fruit juice with any color, the clear tank will take on that color. I have washed this since the start the way it says to and have tried every trick in the book to remove that tint, but it's still there. It doesn't affect the functionality in any way, but seeing that tint is more annoying than it should be.

This was a toss up between the slushi or the creamie. We chose right. The Slushi is quiet has a large capacity and most importantly can chill or slush your whiskey, bourbons, gins etc neat. No ice no water and no sugar needed. Note: The sugar or alcohol is to prevent freezing solid
