I am impressed at how well this folded. I have a small apartment and space is at a premium. The footprint is much smaller than you would imagine. It's not thin like some, so it won't fit under furniture but it will stand alone against a wall safely with a very low risk of falling. It also gets up to a decent running speed, which is better than a lot of cheaper treadmills. In this price range, this is an excellent option if you want to be able to run. I am disabled with fibromyalgia, and I was able to move this myself once assembled. The wheels don't work too well on carpet but I can wiggle it back and forth until it's out of the way. The buttons are easy to use and the treadmill was quick to get started. Mine needed the belt adjusted, which took under 2 minutes (most of which was just waiting.) The ease of moving means this will likely see a lot of use. Things I love: the compact size, easy to assemble, runs great. Things I dislike: The beeps are extremely loud and have no volume control. This can mean not being able to use it at night because it beeps at stopping, starting, any button presses, and changing speed. They are almost fire-alarm-level loud and cause family members to complain. I plan to tape styrofoam to it in the hopes of muffling the sound. The belt is also on the shorter side, so it takes time to learn to run in the safe area and may alter the stride of some folks. I am 5'5" with petite legs. I found I could comfortably run with some practice to stay in the spot. The cup holders are tiny compared to most, so I ended up keeping a folding table nearby for water. I also found the handles to be far forward, meaning that using them requires leaning forward a little. I don't hold them when I run but this may affect other folks. If you intend to use a tablet for work or to watch something, I recommend a stand-alone stand. The holder is shallow and shakey. You could place a board across the handlebars for a laptop but it will likely shake. ... show more

I’m disappointed with this treadmill. The belt does not run smoothly, it does this little jerk that makes you feel like you’re going to fall with every step. It’s also plastic all around and feels very cheap. The beeps are very loud with no option to mute or lower. Unfortunately I’ll be returning it. Not work the price. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Easy to move around. A good, BASIC treadmill for anyone who is under 220 pounds. REALLY. It's not designed as "hefty"-duty/ My daughter would have to lose a lot of weight to be able to use this piece of equipment that is supposed to help her lose a lot of weight! I am just barely in-range at my current 215 pounds, and that's after loosing 40 pounds due to cancer! Two things to note: > It says there is "incline" and there is. But you have to turn the machine off, get off it, bend down to below the bottom of the belt system, and manually reset the incline. So, it will NOT be useful for interval training where you want to temporarily increase the incline to work your heart harder for a short interval, and then return to "normal exercise" without breaking your rhythm -- this will definitely break your rhythm to make a change. > It SAYS there are 12 built-in programs, but the literature with the machine makes no mention of how to access and utilize those programs. So, like I said -- a basic machine, that my wife and I will use on cold, windy, inclement weather days to get our steps in, but it WON'T be part of a weight loss or muscle or stamina building program, because it just doesn't fulfill those functions. ... show more

Better than Flat walking pads. You can get up to 6mph on this treadmill and the option to incline makes it worthwhile. The handles stay vertical and the base folds up for storage, which has a smaller storage space than my bigger old treadmill, but takes up more space than the under the couch walk pad.
